...help his/her feedee get as big as the feedee wants?
Or does he impose a limit to protect her health?
And if they agree on a limit before hand, but the feedee has a change of heart and wants to get bigger than that limit, what is the feeder's obligation?

All of a sudden i felt embarrassed that that was my wife, but i would like her to get even bigger but i dont want to introduce her to my friends.
We can't help what we feel about things but we can control our actions. You should have said something like: "Dude, that's my wife. A little respect please."
And if they can't give her that respect and/or can't respect you wanting to be with her, they can't be your friends.

SO many people have asked me or asked in various forums how to explain their feedist desires to their partner.
How many have been on the other side of that fence? Has your partner told you they want you to gain weight or want you to feed them? What was your reaction? Could they have phrased things better?

A milkshake is basically ice cream that's been thrown in a blender. Add chocolate sauce, fruit, candy, Kaluha, brandy, cream or practically any other goodies you can think of to taste. Don't worry, it'll be fattening. How much you'll gain is unpredictable because there's so much variation between individuals.

The *idea* of getting real fat can't account for the *reality* of it.
So the reality is more challenging--that makes sense.
Is the reality BETTER in some ways though? Which?

Why do you need someone else for you to get fat? Sounds ultra pathetic.
It's a very sexual thing for many. So the support of whomever one has sex with can be critical, or at least preferable.
