It’s important to reconginze that you won’t always have an appetite of a hibernating bear and will sometimes eat like a mouse, this happens to me when I get busy or if it’s just a hot day, a lot of the times I just go nuts for food once a day but it’s important to remember to eat something even if you don’t have an appetite.

I still have a hard time registering the weight I've gained. I started out at 120 lbs being 5 ft 2 7 years ago, I've yo-yoed in the years but I'm back at my highest weight at 200 lbs. There are times when I notice different sensations but a lot of the times unless I'm talking to people in a gaining space I still think of myself as being that size. Even outgrowing clothes hasn't hammered it in it just doesn't register even though I've gone from a small short and 30 in pants to a L/XL shirt and 38/40 in pants.

Oh man, I was hoping that getting bigger would alleviate the problem. I guess I'll have to see how that pushes me, I thought 80 lbs would get me to feel something significant, but that's not the case. The goal post has been moved and I guess now the question is how many times I'll move it lol.
Don’t get me wrong you’ll see and think of yourself as fat it’s kinda hard to not when your belly is in the way of pretty much anything, it’s just the registering how much bigger you are than everyone else

Case in point had to borrow a jacket from a friend and he’s portly but not nearly as big but I couldn’t even get both arms in it, and ir was like a XL I’m closer to a 5xl

Not everyone has the same tolerances for the same kinds of Foods, you’ll have to find what you like and what your body can tolerate
I have never done shakes or anything like that I just follow my appetite, and just doing that has landed me hovering around 445 but I’ve lost and gained alot in order to really push I’d have to really boost caloric intake and regement my eating and as much as I want to be bigger that structure doesn’t sound fun to me

Haven’t been on the scale in weeks probably closer to a month been eating really clean but alot of it plus a good ammount of junk and walking everyday pushing further! I’m up to 4 miles I plan on making it a full loop around a park by my house soon, it’s also busy season and been in the upper 80s so I’m drenched in sweat by 9 am most days I feel great but I can’t seem to get over an insatiableness when it comes to the fetish like iam generally insatiable when it comes to food this insatiableness I’m not sure how else to phrase it it just feels like I’m never satisfied even if I get off. Not sure if this is something everyone feels? Or just a me thing.

A lot of feedees are concerned about what foods will make them the fattest or are convinced that shakes are the only way to gain, I’ve never found either to be the case you need to find stuff that you’ll eat without a second thought, like I can kill a bag of family size chips or a package of Oreos in a singular sitting and regularly do without even considering how many calories they are I’m just eating cause I can; if that makes sense.
