Best way is to eat clean, honestly. Don't eat junk. Don't eat a bunch of unhealthy stuff either. Just eat normal food, but more of it.

Part of it is to be polite. The other part is that they are warned it's a trap. Heck, you're bf may have personally experienced it before. I've seen obviously fat women tear there SO a new one for even hinting that they are anything less than slim and trim.
If you want you bf to call you fat, you need patience. It's not unlike befriending an abused rescue animal.

Did this with my feedee. It works really well. If my feedee starts feeling full or starts flagging, I just rile him up. He turns into an eating machine and will eat until he physically cannot eat anymore.
The dangerous part is that you risk being unable to cum without eating. Of course, any conditioning can be undone, but as someone said earlier, it's hard to want to stop.
