Whenever I've dropped weight and gained it back it always flies back on. I'm talking what took years to gain the first place, then a couple of years to take off, comes back in 6-10 months.

That's addressed but there's a definite over-compensation. According to the study base metabolism is slightly higher among the group that's studying, but they eat around 200 calories more (really just like one cookie extra, but still a significant increase).

A new study shows a link between concentration/memorization and an increased appetite.

Perhaps a bit of study before hitting a buffet would help us stuffers and gainers pack a little more away

I always sleep propped up, and when I'm stuffed that still works alright. But sleeping on my side is definitely more comfortable when I'm particularly engorged.
