This may sound weird, but I have gained the most during the summer months. I'm sure why, maybe being alone more often and free to indulge. The holidays, are a big help and incentive to gain.

I served in the military reserves for over twenty five years. I had to stay in pretty good shape. When I retired in 2013 , started putting on weight and have really enjoyed it. I'm up over 220 lbs. with a forty six inch waist. I'm still fairly active, jogging or an elliptical, but enjoying my pudge!

One reason maybe that when you lose weight, your fat cells merely shrink, but never go away. When you put weight back on, those cells swell back up very quickly, before new fat cells are created. I maybe off on this, but I think it is medically true.

I had to stay in shape, when I was in the military reserves. I retired in 2013 and I have been gaining, not a whole lot, between fifteen and twenty pounds, but I have to admit I love how big my waist is getting and my thighs and bubble butt.

I spent twenty five years as a military reservist. I had to watch may weight and pass fitness tests twice a year. When I was younger it wasn't hard at all, but as I grew older it was tuff. I retired three years ago and I have been putting on weight since, not a huge amount, but I have a much larger waist and bubble butt. I really enjoy being able to eat what ever I want and as much as I want, not have to worry.

1. I really like the shape of my body. I have a firm, protruding belly 46" waist and a round 43" bubble butt. I wear brief style underwear to show off how much weight I have gained.
2. Not being in as good a shape as I used to be. I get winded earlier and sweat more. I still jog in the mornings, just to keep some degree health.

I have a question for both admirers and gainers: how did you decide that gaining is/isn't right for you?
I think that my main difficulty is that I don't know how I would feel about it when I'm not aroused. The thought of gaining is a turn on so I can't really gauge my interest the rest of the time.
I have had similar concerns. The gaining is a total turn on. I love to look at how much bigger I'm getting every time I see a mirror. I have begun to really accept being heavier. I'm pretty old, so socially it more acceptable to gain weight. I am slowly gaining around five to ten pounds a year since I retired from the military reserves in 2013. I have gone up a waist size and will most likely go up one more this year. I hope my comments are of some help/comfort.
