Through observation, I’ve seen more acceptance of extra pounds in both women and men :-)

Little chocolate donuts? The little white powdered kind? Sounds cute and delicious either way :-)

Thanksgiving was awesome here :-) I’m about to finish up the rest of the turkey and fixings of Mac and Cheese and rice. Trying to get back above 200 and I’m well on my way!

I’m a ball belly, so no actual hang for me. My wife would be a 2 1/2 on this chart, though. It covers her private parts but not quite to mid-thigh :-)

It’s the same for many of us. I didn’t get out of my own until nearly 30. Started cooking my own meals and drinking a lot of beer in my single days :-) My ball belly got bigger and bigger.

Over 40 is usually when it all starts. For some of us, it began after 30 :-)

wow, I have a colonoscopy on Thursday morning, and I know that there is a good chance that it will go well, but I can't help but be anxious and anguished despite this, lol 😁
Have you had a colonoscopy in the past?
How did it go?

Wow, you won’t believe this — but I’m having one Thursday morning as well. What are the chances, right? Just checking a box due to my age range now. I don’t expect any problems, but it’s gonna be rough not eating for two whole days!

I laughed when I read your comment. What time do you have an appointment, for me it's 9am (French time) (it's better for me because the sooner I have this colonoscopy, the sooner it will be sorted out and I will be stressed for a shorter period of time, and I will be fasting for a shorter time)
But don't you have to eat for 2 days?😯
I just have to fast on Thursday morning, after the famous "preparation" the day before.
It’s in the mid morning hours here in the central time zone in the U.S. And by two whole days, I meant tomorrow and the day of the procedure. Thankfully, it’s still another week before Thanksgiving here in the states and I should be fine by then 👍

When I first started gaining on purpose the fat went to my butt, thighs and hips.
At one point I lost about 100 lbs before surgery on my ankles.
Once healed up I started gaining again I noticed a lot of fat went to my belly and I was much flabbier everywhere on my body.
Developed a huge double belly and got a lot wider in the hips and legs.
Not really trying to gain for the last 8 years but I have still kept slowly gaining at times due to binge eating / compulsive over eating disorder.
In the last year or so my face has gotten chubbier which is something it never did in the past.
Your progress is looking wonderful with each pic! :-)
