A lot of people initially gain by accident and then realize they like the extra pounds and continue on purpose.

I play fiddle in a bluegrass band. They let me sing and write songs occasionally.

That would give you a BMI of 27.4, or "overweight".
You need to weigh 164 to be "obese", at least according your your BMI.
But who cares? You look great now and my guess is you would look even better at 164.

Sit with your belly resting on your thighs. Now spread your legs. Does your belly stay where it was or does it ease down some?

You'll probably always be able to do it, but as you get bigger it will make less and less of a visible difference.
Dancers do it constantly and find it difficult to stop doing it if they get fat or become pregnant. I suppose they do it because they are trying to conform to some slim dance ideal.
I suppose others do it to look as slim and conventionally attractive as possible.

That's fast. I suspect it's a re-gain or she's struggled with her weight for a long time and the pleasure of letting go is so intense that her appetite is uncontrollable.
Either way, I'd say your encouragement is working!

someone has already seen? how is it?
"Branded" ...yes, very weird, very interesting Russian movie. Much of it was kind of amateurish but there were flashes of genius as well. I did like it, but it isn't really a feedist thing.

I was.

I've heard of both ways working, or not working. I suspect it varies with the individual. I'd say do whatever you enjoy the most.
