Gluttony is no sin!

Jerry Falwell was a pretty fat guy...I reckon he knew at least one glutton and saw him in the mirror every day.

Shorter woman ...

ok so any input on the size or weight if BMI is not a good indicator?

Supposedly body fat percentage is better, but you have to have a special machine that weighs you underwater.

For women, 32% or more body fat is "obese". For men it's 25%.

(Given this fact I find it odd that BMI scores are not graded differently for women)

Don't know what to do

Some people view a fat belly as a mark of shame, a sign that you're lazy or undisciplined.

But if you gain that weight on purpose, it just means that you love to eat, and that you're brave enough and strong enough to defy society to do what you love. That belly is a sign of courage. Be proud of it. And know that I, for one, admire you for it.

Morality of "mean girlsing"

I call this "stealth feeding". It's a common fantasy, but completely messed up irl.

Point of no return?

I think a lot of people gain--intentionally or not--with the idea that at some point they'll probably stop, and then lose weight and become an average-sized person.

Does this describe you? If so, do you have any doubts about eventually losing weight?

Or did you used to be that way, and then at some point realize you'd reached the point of no return, and were destined to be fat for life? If so: 1) How big were you at that point? 2) what made you realize you'd reached that point? 3) how did (do) you feel about it? I mean was it upsetting? Freeing? Some combination?

Gainer appetite changes

All of the above, but also, having an instant knowing hunger as soon as I wake up now... I barely are breakfast before, now I can't skip it!

Nice! So the list is:

1. You can eat more than you used to.
2. You NEED to eat more than you used to.
3. You crave more fattening things than you used to.
4. When you eat a lot and become too full your appetite comes back faster than it used to.
5. You have more of a psychological need to eat than you used to...that is, even if you're not physically hungry you crave food anyway.
6. You wake up ravenous and need breakfast right away.

Funny part is the idea that guys need to be told that it's 'probably best to not use phrases like "smelly rashers(sic) under their folds"'.

Half & half tolerance?

You might try lactase supplements...they're designed for people who are lactose intolerant, but they may also help if you're trying to digest large quantities of dairy.
