Yes we can cross reference IP addresses. The best method for a quick response is to use the report flag or the team email account via the contact us page. Thanks for raising this. We'll look into it.

The chat requires the Adobe flash browser plugin to work. This means that it won't work on Apple devices such as iPads and iPhones which don't support flash. There is a non flash version of chat designed specially for mobiles which comes as part of the social upgrade.

I'm currently in the process of building a new chat system that should work on most modern devices that will be better integrated into the site. However this is still a few weeks away as yet.

It's been added to a long list of desired improvements that I'm working my way through. The first thing is to fing out what most people want.

Is it better to have larger pics showing more detail that you have to scroll, or smaller pics where you can see the complete pic on the screen at once? Would a good compromise be to have a smaller pic initially which you can click to see a larger version? I'd love some feedback from a few different members on this. What do you think?
