A foam wedge cushion to put under my tummy at night to give it air - what worked best was a large, U-shaped nursing pillow.

A fan and lifting my belly as long as I could

Wicking pads

I was well over 600, and this is still something I have to deal with at 474

Not an identical story but a similar story for my wife, as she tends to use antifungal spray usually used for athletes foot on the underside of her two main fat rolls whenever her skin underneath starts to chafe. She says it works, and that’s good enough from me :-) For perspective, she’s about 320 pounds.

My wife also swims like a fish, and much, much better than me :-)

Dying thread here, as our OP subject has vanished....but for anyone scrolling...what’s a good source for finding bras larger than 46 DDD? My wife’s one decent bra left is about to give way. The wire has poked through the material, as it often does when it’s time for a new one.

The weight comes with age. I see you’re just 19? If it’s genetic and young as well, I’d say she has another decade of being thin. Childbirth can change that as well as just eating more. Everyone’s predisposition is different, of course.

Slow and steady wins the race, Sara. Eat homemade meals. If you don’t have cooking skills, there’s plenty of resources online to help you get to a healthy weight first. Then after that you can get to stuffing like the rest of us :-)

True indeed! Clothes for both men and women are sized so differently depending on the brand. My wife swims much better than I do and enjoys it thoroughly. Somehow she’s been able to find a good suit through the years.

I can get so full I have shortness of breath! Feels awesome to be that stuffed, though:-)

My wife loves my big, round, mostly hard basketball belly. In turn, I love her big, soft, jiggly belly. It’s mutual love, what can I say? :-)

Ooh, best of luck there. My wife always has a challenge searching for swimwear every year. Such sexy figures tend to burst out of them every few years :-)
