Hello everyone, I have suffered with an urge to gain weight my whole life. Unfortunately, I have been unable to do so. Not because of how my body reacts to excess food, but because I have issues with fully committing to becoming fatter. Both really. And it is subcutaneous fat that really sticks with cream, so you look so much fatter. And even you stop drinking it thegains keep coming. Do a forum search on the delayed effects of cream.
How much you could drink in a day is your ability to digest it. I will say that if you can handle a pint a day is a good place to start. And spread it out over the day too to help prevent upset belly issues. My bf had to stop past 1 quart a day, but someone on here talked about downing 2 or 3 quarts a day. Think he gained 40lbs in 6 weeks
As to the cost, yes it can get pricey. But if you struggle to gain, it will work.
