Life on the farm

I'd start out as the chubby caretaker, helping all the piggies get nice and fat. Then i'd "accidentally" get turned into a fat pig myself.

What are your fantasies?

I want to be really, really fat, squeezed into a booth at McDonald's, stuffing my face with an absurd amount of cheeseburgers. People walk by and gawk at me. Children laugh at me and call me fatty. My feeder smiles and keeps feeding me. And I grow fatter.

Out growing clothes

My 42 inch waist jeans no longer fit, and i'm quickly filling out my 44 inch ones. Was a 30 inch waist when i started.

What is your favorite (alcoholic) drink of choice?

Without a doubt its beer for me. Shiner Bock, Bud light, Dos Equis, or PBR depending on my mood and what I'm doing.

Made several people at the table gawk and stare when I sat down with a huge plate of seconds. Had two helpings of dessert too.

Excited for autumn

I am beyond excited. Its been an overly hot summer down here in Louisiana. I'm ready for cool weather, bonfires, and gumbo!!

Favorite foods

I eat Mexican at least once a week. Same goes for good ol' homestyle Louisiana cooking. And lastly, i can't go three or four days without eating a good bacon cheeseburger.

Crock pot tacos

Here's a great recipe for shredded beef tacos from a crock pot. They are amazing!!


1 (2.5 lb chuck roast
1 (14 oz) can beef broth
1 1/2 Tablespoons chili powder
1/2 Tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 Tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Juice of 1 Lime


Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours. Shred the roast with two forks, then return to the pot for another 30 minutes. Serve in warmed flour tortillas with all the fixings.
