If you mean rounding out at a specific BMI, you must remember that for guys a BMI of 30 is considered obese! For women it is a little higher 31 or 32 I think.
A BMI of 35 or 40 would be morbidly obese to say the least.
I have a BMI of around 30 with a forty-four inch waist.

I still do sit-ups on weekday mornings before I jog. It keeps my belly from bulging out to far. Though I have gained weight and I am certainly "thicker" my waist doesn't show off my forty-five inch belly unless I "unleash" it.

I had to stay in pretty good shape for the military. Since I got out/finished I have gained weight. I still run everyday and do some exercises weekday mornings. I have been enjoying my belly getting bigger and softer. I doubt that I will give exercise completely though.

I recently saw "Gone Girl" with Ben Affleck and Rosamond Pike. Later in the film, Rosamond Pike's character is pounding down junk food in nearly every scene. Her character is wearing baggy clothes, so she looks bigger, but no detail. I did enjoy the eating scenes. Good movie with interesting twists.

So to comment or expound on what Dr. Feeder said. You are both a feedee/feeder. You stuff your SO and he/she stuffs you. My favorite fantasy!

I think I would rather enjoy being fed and totally sedentary, gaining fifty pounds. I do have to admit, that I would do the "coma" thing too.

I actually did this a few nights ago. I ate a medium pepperoni, bakery cookes and an orange Fanta 16 oz. I also finished some leftovers from my previous night's eating adventures. I would go for cinimon sticks with extra frosting, I love sweets.

I have to agree with Dr. Feeder. I think the author was pointing out the advantages for gainers to use saturated fats.
It is one of my fantasies to develop hypothalamus/hyperphagia as an excuse to become morbidly obese.
Nice thread, Thank You.
