I found a new game to play...

I might try this too. I just had a couple of wonderful days of gorging myself and putting on about five pounds. Great fun, but I was disappointed that I "slowed" down and really didn't get painfully full. I just kind of stopped eating. I really need to motivation to continue and follow through with my binge. Thanks for the idea!

Most fattening diet in daworld

I basically followed this diet the last couple of days. I had a larger serving of mac & cheese, six "pigs in blankets" ice cream regular soda and cookies. The next day, a whole pepperoni pizza, a 16 oz. soda, bakery cookies, ice cream, plus the remaining "pigs in blankets". I went from 212 lbs. to 218 lbs. in two days and added an inch to my waist. Junk food is the best gaining diet ever!

Wal mart bakers dozen

Donuts are an awesome way to gain. I have bought donuts for binges on several occasions. Before "Hostess" went into bankruptcy, there was a thrift store attached to their baking center in a suburb north of my city, they had racks of goodies for a very reasonable cost. I think they closed after the BKY though.

Biggest overstuffing?

Last night, I gorged myself with a 3100 calorie meal. What a turn on, I was so bloated, my belly was hard as a rock and it felt fantastic!

Subcutaneous vs visceral fat

I have to agree, just keep gaining. I have gained around fifteen pounds in the last year or so. I have a forty-four inch waist and weight around 215 lbs. But my belly, though larger and rounder is still pretty firm. When I sitting I can make it jiggle a bit, but that's the only time. I do hope I will "soften up" soon and start getting some "sub" fat.

Secretly eating before meals?

Thank goodness your binge continued, god what a "bitch". It is so rude to so judgmental, I can't believe she called you out!

Gain vacation

I was reading your post, and a thought came to mind. It sounds like you are going away to college/university. I gained the most weight when I was a freshman at a small college in rural Nebraska USA. I truly ballooned! Just a thought.

Military life

I felt the same way. I am gaining, though not a huge amount of weight, but mainly I'm eating what I want and not worrying about portions, etc. It was always a challenge to stay within standards especially at I got older. Good luck!

Klondike: I'm glad to hear you are staying in! It is a great deal for you after your twenty. I get paid now,(reservist have to wait until age 60 to get paid.) Tricare, commissary and exchange use. Trust me it will be worth it. Just getting Tricare for you and your family's medical insurance is awesome.
As I mentioned I have been gaining. I still run every day and do push ups and sit-ups five days a week. As you can see by my photos, I not skinny, but when dressed in regular clothes, I don't appear really fat. The sit-ups keep my belly from bulging, unless I want it to bulge. Good luck and thank you for your service! Ned Fox (retired as an E-6 from the Naval Reserve)

Military life

That is true. On active duty most commands make exercise/working out part of daily routine to the point of making it mandatory. Once out, most men/women don't have the time to work out the way they did and were required to in the military. For we reservist it was more difficult, as we were held to the same standards but had to work out on our own, on our own time as well. The average age in the military is quite young. But in reserves the members tend to be a lot older, making it even harder to stay within standards. Ned Fox
