Desire

Cattastrophe:
God I need to be fatter. I just do. I wanna be massive and I just am so needy for it. My belly hanging down, my boobs bigger and softer and milkier, my ass and thighs filling any seat I sit in. I want my belly to hang over my belt. My ass to struggle into pants. I want to have stretch marks. I want my body to jiggle when I walk and be soft to the touch. I want to close my thigh gap and have my thighs to pop out of ripped jeans. I want my zippers to struggle and I want my bras to be tight. Im just so needy.

Goals indeed :-) Keep eating, the pounds will come!

Any chubby asmr channels.

ASMR is quite relaxing and tingly in the head if you find the right channels on YT. I’m more into just the right vocal touch, not so much the random tapping stuff. To each their own, of course.

Weight gain due to medication

Sweetfattie:
I’m on a couple different psych meds. It’s in everyone’s best interest for me to take them as prescribed, and my life is far better without the extreme highs and lows of bipolar disorder. So trust me when I say that you do NOT want to take this stuff unless you have to. The side effects are no joke. I can go into detail if you really want, but honestly it’s kind of depressing when I let myself think about it too much. You should only take mood stabilizers or antipsychotics (the usual suspects in medication induced weight gain) if your mental illness is making you miserable and/or impacting your ability to perform activities of daily living.

Well-said 👍

People who got fat as adults, what was it like?

I gained by ball belly in my 30s and occasionally hear a bit of grief from my mother but that’s about it. I like it and don’t plan on losing it :-)

My wife has been north of 300 pounds for several years now. I can copy and paste the story I’ve posted in the forums to any interested folks :-)

Family member gain

Who24:
has anyone else witnessed a relative pack on the pounds? was wondering if anyone wanted to dm or chat about their experience here

I’ve had several cousins and other relatives pack on the pounds after high school. Just something about the freedom to eat what you want just unleashes the fat :-)

Does anyone here like to feel fatphobia? how to deal with it?

C00kie:
Unfortunately, being fat is something visible to everyone you encounter, and you can’t control how they feel about it. Even if people aren’t romantically or sexually interested in you, many still have something to say about fat bodies and not all of it is positive.

The reality is - as a fat person you’re likely to get looks and comments, whether from strangers, friends, or even family. Some may express concern about health, while others use it as an easy way to make a joke at your expense. Sadly, fat people remain easy targets, and in many circles, commenting on larger bodies is still seen as acceptable.

The real question is... how much do you actually care about what random people say or do? Do you really want to let others dictate your existence or your happiness?

TheUltimate323:
Well, I don't really care much about the opinions of random people. I'm mainly referring to the opinions of people close to me, like family and friends.
You know, I've always been at a normal weight, but I have a desire to have a very obese body. Making that change makes me uncomfortable when my family makes comments like, "You need to lose weight," "That's not good," etc.

If a person who has always been overweight gains more weight, it is not surprising, however, if a person who has always been in a normal body weight gains a lot of weight, then yes.

Morbidly A Beast:
I’m not sure how it is in Spain and the situation isn’t the same for everyone but generally assuming your family and friends aren’t evil people praying on your downfall they won’t say a thing and you’re overthinking it.

If you’re worried about it cross the bridge when you get there but for now you have a while until the concern comments come

TheUltimate323:
Here in Spain, it's not like the USA. About 15% of people are obese (BMI 30+). You walk down the street and don't usually see fat people.

I’ll guess it’s the Mediterranean diet that makes it less prevalent there? Indeed, it’s probably the healthiest diet plan out there…but growing bellies are so much more fun to view :-)

Heaviest person you have ever dated or meet in public?

Razz:
My wife is around 350 lbs, 5'3".

Though I love/need the gaining process, when I was single I made a conscious decision to only date people who were already at a size I could be attracted to, and confident about it. Had bad experiences with anything else.

She was 275ish when we met. It was around the upper bound of what I thought I preferred. She completely unintentionally has put on 75 lbs in our time together though. (perhaps has something to do with the exact same amount of weight that I put on, lol).

Never thought I'd be with someone this big, though every day is fun new things to explore. The average body type that I seek out online etc has trended upward as her weight has, which is kinda crazy. And it's given me a lot of confidence in my own gain too, not for nothing.

My wife is the same height and about 320-340 at any given time. And I share all your observations on the ideal type :-)

Friends with fat families

Lurker123:
I was raised in a health-conscious family and I often wonder what my lifestyle (and body shape/size!!) would be like if my family had embraced our more gluttonous side. I love eating and gaining and I could be sooooo much fatter now if I had just been allowed to eat what I want.

Admittedly, it’s been really fun playing catch-up though. 😋

Awesome background :-) You’ll have to post your gaining progress!
