High calorie and fat recipes for weightgain

Weightgainers PB cup Oatmeal
Makes 1 serving

40 g (1/2 cup) old fashioned oats, dry
7 g (1 tbsp) ground flaxseed
14 g (2 tbsp) wheat germ
252 g (1 cup) evaporated milk
32 g (1/4 cup) powdered whole milk
113 g (1/2 cup) very ripe, well-mashed banana
34 g (2 tbsp) natural peanut butter
23 g (3 tbsp) carob chips or chocolate chips
1 g (1/2 tsp) ground cinnamon
Directions
1.Combine the evaporated milk and powdered milk with oats, wheat germ, and ground flaxseed in a medium saucepan.


2.Cook for one minute over medium-high heat.


3.Add mashed banana, peanut butter, chips, and cinnamon.


4.Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring ocassionally until the desired doneness has been reached.


5.Allow the oatmeal to cool for a few minutes before eating...try to contain yourself!;]


6.*NOTE: Adding chopped nuts, more peanut butter, more chips or more powdered milk can increase the calories in this recipe even more! If you like your oatmeal thinner, I'd suggest adding more evaporated milk rather than using water--plenty of good old calcium!

Center of gravity change

your center of gravity will be off for a few weeks till your lower back muscles strengthen enough to carry the new weight...as you continue to get bigger..your back muscles will get a little sore from time to time till they are used to the new gain you have attainted....wishing you the best of luck in your gaining....nothing sexier then a guy with a big belly..a huge turn-on

Bagels and Cream Cheese
Fries (loaded or cheese versions)

mashed potatoes
double cheeseburgers
Loaded Hotdogs
Alfredo anything
Ice Cream
Brownies
Pizza
Buffalo Wings
Lasagna
Creamed Spinach
Turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on a roll
Alot of cheese to everything!

inbetween put about 4 tablespoons of buttercream frosting
on the top but both icings from your strudels
