If you ease into eat, like eating until you're full, then just a bit more, it's easy. I, and I feel most gainers here, stuffed ourselves to a bit of pain occasionally instead.

Macaroni and cheese? Maybe not the most calorific, but definitely fattening.

I noticed my stomach hanging lower still this week. Now when I lift each leg to walk, I find my thigh pushing my lower stomach up and sending a ripple up my gut. Even my moobs jiggle a bit. I don't know what I've been eating to do it, but I'm feeling a lot softer, as well as heavier.

Curiosity:
Does anybody obese would like to be shaming for... Being skinny? Like when you are 400+ but you are called skinny and not fat enough?
Yeah, to me it's a weird way to encourage more gaining. Like everyone
truly fat weighs over 600.

I guess there is an element of guilt to the whole experience, if you allow yourself to feel it. Guilt for greedy eating, taking up more space and resources, and guilt for breaking things with newfound weight especially, seats cracking and beds bending.
Your enjoyment of eating and/or being fatter just needs to outweigh (heh) your reservations.

Maybe start up your appetite with a bit of (very) light exercise? Then overeat, and sleep. Soon your appetite will grow enough you can skip the exercise, and really put on some pounds.

For me, it depends. If I knew I wouldn't see anybody I know and would have to see again, I'd wear tiny clothes and burst out of them in public. Buttons popping and seams ripping as pounds of fat force their way through.

If you could just gain 20 lbs in a minute, would you? No eating required, just instant extra fat.
