You might want to see a therapist who specializes in sexual disorders. As I understand it, treatment involves gradual reconditioning so that you train yourself to focus on and enjoy more "vanilla" sexual stimuli. I have never undergone this kind of therapy myself, so I can't say how effective it is.
While behavioral therapy has demonstrated success with a number of mental disorders, with respect to sexual orientation in general, there is little evidence of a permanent effect. With respect to feederism, the literature leans towards case studies, but there is little research on behavioral techniques, let alone data on effectiveness.
In 2007, a task force of the American Psychological Association undertook a thorough review of the existing research on the efficacy of conversion therapy. Their report noted that there was very little methodologically sound research on sexual orientation change efforts (SOCEs) and that the "results of scientifically valid research indicate that it is unlikely that individuals will be able to reduce same-sex attractions or increase other-sex sexual attractions through SOCE."
This fits with my own experience in attempting to change my feedee orientation through 18+ months of therapy, to no effect.
At this point, SOCE is banned in a number of countries, as well as in various states and localities. For more information, see:
