I especially love the guilt tripping into eating more, always been a personal favorite of mine. I also like deception--a predator acting so sweet and kind, only to turn around once their prey is fat enough and reveal their truly cruel nature as they gobble them up.
Predator falling in love with their prey and fighting against their hunger (and failing) is a delicious idea as well!
I think this is the aspect of vore that is attractive to me, as well. As well as the idea of being tricked into a position of in the captor's power, and losing the ability to get away (or to stop fattening up!). I am probably a soft-vore guy, from the sounds of it.

The subject came up in chat the other day (people with very fat fupas being able to use their fat to masturbate hands-free), and honestly I am surprised at the number of people who can do this.
And very jealous!

Very simply, eat more good food. Maintain a balanced diet (ie: making sure you are getting veg & fruits as well as everything else), but up your portions. A LOT, if desired!
The danger is from eating crap foods (ie: lots of processed sugars, lots of trans fats) like in processed and fast food. Now, I eat those, too, but they don't make up a big percentage of my food intake.
If you push your limits and stretch out your stomach, you will be hungry all the time - that is the key to increasing your food intake, in my opinion.

Can someone describe the difference between hard and soft vore to me?
We rp vore every now and then as foreplay, but interested to see what the different "degrees" of it are.

when I was larger definitely yes. I could just sit and rock gently back and forth and absolutely have an orgasm it just depends upon how your fupa covers your area down there. I have to say it was really fantastic even when driving in the car it was the same thing.
You are only the second person I have heard admit that they could do achieve this. It really sounds like an amazing, wonderful feat, and I wish there were some way to achieve it myself. As you mention, it seems to depend on the arrangement of the fupa and fat accumulation, so it's probably luck (maybe a bit of genetics?).
It's very hard and takes a lot of awkward stretching for me to reach down and do that by hand at this size, so this would have been a fantastic alternative. You were a very lucky man to have experienced it, I think!

We had a school reunion a couple of summers ago - first time seeing a lot of these people in 20 years!
When I was in high school I was very fit and athletic. I was on the basketball team with a bunch of other fit guys. When me and a friend from the team saw each other at the reunion, we didn't recognize each other right away...
We were each 400-500 lbs at the time! We really hit it off and have stayed in touch since then.
There were soooo many questions I wanted to ask him about gaining (was his wife a feeder too?) but couldn't - and I still don't feel I know him well enough to.
But it's great seeing how people fatten up over time!

At 5'8" my height is... 68 inches. My belly was 73" last time is was measured, so I guess I fit in this category.

I find pleasure even in the ways obesity restricts what I can do: can I pick that up, can I walk that far, why am I always hot, why am I always out of breath, why am I always ravenously hungry...
Yes yes yes yes yes - this. As much as it is an inconvenience, it is the price of being big. Love these things! (Maybe not the always being hot, because I am a sweaty guy - but all the rest.)

Wow.... don't know if it's accurate or not, but went to the Mayo Clinic website calculator and mine was 80.

We have had a few in the past here in Toronto. Nothing this year, at least that I went to.
