Pretty much. Binge eaters want to stop and can't. Stuffers either don't mind gaining or just stuff occasionally so they don't gain.

And it's possible to be both...you get off on stuffing and gaining, and want to stop but can't. Actually if overeating is erotic it can be even harder to stop.
