I think all of you have a good point. I think here in the states, there is also a bit of a conspiracy with clothes sizing. I have a forty-four inch waist, measured around my naval, love handles, obviously my widest. I wear my jeans, pants etc. lower on my waist, their I measure around thirty nine and one half to forty inches, yet, I still fit and can wear relatively comfortably size thirty six waist pants. I recently bought a two pair of "Wrangler" trousers at Wal-Mart. They stated on the labeling that your waist could be two inches larger and they would still fit comfortably, which they do.
I recently finished service in the US military. The uniform sizes are exact. There is no way I can fit into any of my older size thirty six uniform trouser, not even close! Go figure!

I have trouble getting really full. I just can't keep eating. I would recommend, just a lot of snacking on heavier foods, cheeses, lots of sweets. Just nibble, you don't have to stuff yourself to gain weight. I have been steadily, though slowly gaining, mainly be just eating more in between meals.
Enjoy yourself, gaining is so much fun!

This is an interesting thread, to say the least. I have to agree that having an eating disorder would be awful or another medical condition that causes extreme overeating and weight gain. There are several medical conditions that cause this.
That being said, I have a fantasy of just be able to gorge myself and gain weight, especially getting a huge belly and really fat rear end and thighs, though I am a guy. I have issues when I binge that I never can get really, really full and stuffed. I just seem to stop. I would love to be encouraged to gain weight and not have any societal consequences.

I usually check out this site and other's while eating lunch. I enjoy reading of everyone's progress while eating myself.

I feel the same way! There are times when I want to gorge myself, eat all day and just get as fat as I can. However, I always have this guilt about gaining weight. I have deliberately gained this past year. Only about five to eight pounds, it really feels good. I'm sure my wife notices, but she has said nothing about it to me. She is a BBW, so that may be why ("look who's calling the kettle black"

. I don't even try to suck in my belly any longer. I also wear bikini cut briefs (mens) which I enjoy, because they make me look fatter, still no comment. I think you just need to go your own way. Good Luck, Ned Fox

Wow, I'm 1.02 extreme! I've never felt so good! My BMI is only around 28-29, since I weight 210 lbs. and stand 5'11" inches. I do however have a large round butt and thick thighs, which must have really set off the formula calculation.

I couldn't agree more. I prefer tight briefs. My wife wears tight jeans with a huge muffin top, awesome!

One of the easiest things you can do is just add a hundred or more calories daily. I do this when I want to gain during the holidays, which is the easiest time to gain since there already is a ton of extra treats around.
Good Luck,

That is wonderful. I envy your situation! My wife, awhile ago, went on a diet. I decided to gain weight while she dieted. She ate vegetable/salads while I ate hamburgers and pasta. I gained around five to eight pounds. She stopped her diet, though she is eating more carefully. She admonished me a week or so ago not to buy ice cream etc. Then she bought several bags of Easter candy, umh.
