My gain causing my wife's gain

That is wonderful. I envy your situation! My wife, awhile ago, went on a diet. I decided to gain weight while she dieted. She ate vegetable/salads while I ate hamburgers and pasta. I gained around five to eight pounds. She stopped her diet, though she is eating more carefully. She admonished me a week or so ago not to buy ice cream etc. Then she bought several bags of Easter candy, umh.

Weight gain fantasy

I would give her a "button" that could add fifty pounds to me too! Great fantasy!

The 2-2-2 donuts plan

Great idea! I have found gaining by adding just a few hundred (thousand) calories a day consistently works well, not huge gain, but a few pounds here and there, plus prevents stretch marks.

Getting bigger!

I have to admire you courage in deliberately gaining. I envy you. I would like to become obese, but society, family etc. prevents me from fulfilling my fantasy. I don't know how you are "built", but I am at 208 lbs. now, I did manage to get to 215 lbs. right around the holidays. Good luck and enjoy yourself! Ned Fox

Average calories per day?

Interesting! I have found that it doesn't take a massive amount of calories to gain. I put on weight during the holidays last year. It was pretty easy, just adding a few hundred extra calories a day consistently. I only gained around eight to ten pounds adding an inch and one half to my waist and rear end (I have a really fat butt). I think being consistent is the key.

Good Luck, stay hungry! Ned Fox

Woopsie

You do look like you have gained. How much? Does it bother you? I put on weight during the holidays, and frankly I enjoyed it. I have last a few pounds while traveling, but I plan to put them back on. I enjoy looking at my belly and butt in mirror too much, to really lose weight.

Weight gain

Wow, that is an excellent question! I really have to think about my answer. I will have to say, "Getting Fat". I love the feeling of stepping on the scale and seeing results of eating too much. I do enjoy the "view" in the mirror of my rounding belly and butt, in progressively tighter briefs.

University gain

I gained the most weight my freshman year. Most likely 15 lbs. to 20 lbs. I went out for track (shot put) in the spring, which mostly likely prevented me from becoming obese. Though I now regret that choice, as my preferences for my own "figure" have progressed. I have always been a FA, but I am now more fascinated with my own weight/girth.
