You should go back after you've gained more.

a lot of my friendships are based on mutual interests in healthy cooking, going to the gym and talking about getting fitter. How the hell will I ever tell my friends?
Your friends may not embrace the real you and if fitness is the entire basis of your friendship you may have to move on.
You don't need to tell them about the fetish. Just say you've found you're happier if you eat what you want. (See

How do I ever tell him this? Where do I start?
1. Ask your boyfriend what his sexual fantasies are.
2. If possible, help him play out these fantasies.
3. Continue talking about them and asking him about them until he asks YOU what YOUR fantasies are.
4. Tell him.

Pinball sounds are not much of a turn on. Not for me anyway.
Okay, but how about the conditional lovemaking part?

How about a scale that makes a loud knocking sound like a pinball machine every time you hit a new personal best.
And your mean feeder bf/gf only makes love with you when (s)he hears that knock...

I kind of like the idea of getting to 300, which isn't that much more for me. About 15 lbs.
But as long as I like how I look I might keep going.
Nice! Should warn you that there's often an appetite bump around 300...

Does your belly cover your partner when you get on top of them on all fors?
Nice, but aren't you then measuring your partner as well?

Anyone notice a sudden increase in appetite while gaining? Like one day you can barely finish a Big Mac, fries and a shake and then a few days later it's not enough?
Some people report these bumps when they hit a "magic" number---200 lbs, 100kg, 300lbs, something like that.
Others report appetite bumps happening in conjunction with decisions about their weight. For example, the decision to gain on purpose (perhaps following an unintentional gain), the decision to gain more than you planned, the decision to go back to gaining after losing or trying to lose.
Have any of these appetite bumps happened to you?
If so:
Of which sort were they? Magic number, decision related, something else?
Did you realize they were occurring right away or only in retrospect?
Were the bumps temporary or permanent changes in your appetite/capacity?
Did you enjoy your new-found ability?

Just saw "Tim's Vermeer" which you should see if you like Vermeer or if you're a geeky inventor type.
If both apply, it's a MUST see!
