I’m 68, living in the west.

I have heard, that fat cells don't go away, they just shrink with weight loss. So when you start eating again, they merely expand, making gaining far faster then creating new fat cells.

Just a thought, I've heard this from multiple sources so it may be accurate.

Firm, pot belly.

I would check out "Hand of God". It is Italian and well done. There are scenes with BBWs in tight bathing suits as well.

For me nothing is more of a turn on, than sitting stuffed full in tight briefs and t-shirt, rubbing my bulging belly.

I have gained around thirty pounds in the last five years or so. I just increased my caloric intake, larger desserts, larger servings, etc.

I didn't want to get stretch marks, so I gained slowly.

It only takes a few changes to start gaining.

I went from around 206 lbs. to now 230 lbs. I gained this over several years. I have not had many, in fact any comments about my weight gain. I did have my doctors nurse mention a weight loss program at the VA (veterans affairs), but that is the only real comment. I don't try to hide my weight from my wife, who is a BBW herself. She has not made any comment.

I am old, (over 65 yrs. old) making weight gain somewhat normal even expected.

I do get a bit self-conscious when I see photos with me in them or see a reflection in a shop window or mirror, but that passes quickly.

I use Microsoft Word. It is usually included in Microsoft Office, however it is not cheap.
