If you like dairy, then you can try drinking some heavy cream daily. If you sweeten it a little, perhaps put some chocolate syrup in it if you like chocolate, it is easy to drink a pint or so before bed.
And anything you use milk for ... just substitute heavy cream.

This are really good comments. I also find the pink theme makes the site stand out.
The mix of genders is also important, a casual look would lead you to the impression that either it was a female only site or maybe a porno site. The words say community but the pics along with the stark red-black theme say otherwise.
Neither one is a good first impression for an online community.

Perhaps so ... it also includes a study population that was trying NOT to gain weight. So they typically gained 30 lb in 6 months despite actively trying not to.
Imagine the effect for those who are trying to gain!
