is this two quarts over the period of how long? one day?
MustBecomegluttonous:
I once drank 3qt in a day. Just to see if I could. Don't recommend it

Geez. Did you vomit? Or I wonder if it all went through you? Can't imagine it felt that good.
I still can't handle 1 quart in a day, even occasionally. The last time I tried that, I threw up. I was only 130ish pounds back then, but still.
I can try a pint a day for a couple days in a row. But I can't seem to do that every day for a week, at least not yet.[/quote]
It went right threw me also was not hungry for 2 days

E.g. overeating by 500 calories every day vs. 1000 calories every other day?
MustBecomegluttonous:
If you go with over eating every day give your body 1 day of rest to recover
StarSmoke:
No offense but if over eating by a measly 500-1,000 calories in a single day makes you feel like you need to spend the entire next day “recovering” then maybe gaining isn’t for you. 😅
When I over eat It's around 6k so day. For got op said 500-1000 A day

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a fabulous day. I am an aspiring feedee, but there is one problem, I have a high metabolism. What are some tips that would help me gain despite my metabolism, or even decrease it?
Just keep eating lots of carbs. Also lots of fruits and veggies if you want to stay healthy and gain
