Keeping her fed and drunk and drugged

I like to do this alone from time to time, but I do not think I would like to do it with a feeder because when I am high or drunk I hate interacting with people. Sadly as fun as it is it is the sort of thing you can’t do more than once or twice a month or it becomes dangerous, though, especially the drinking.

High calorie, low filling.

Potato chips. I get bored of eating them pretty fast so they do not work as well for me as they do for some people, but they are surprisingly high in calories and even with my chronically low appetite I have never managed to get full eating them, just too sick and tired of eating them to continue. They’re widely considered one of the most fattening snacks for a reason.

The type of chip I like best are Ruffles, the plain ones. They have 160 calories per 12 chips. I don’t think anyone on the planet sits down and eats just 12 potato chips. The party size bag sold at the store has about 14 of those servings, and it isn’t even that big. I think someone who enjoys eating chips more than I do could easily eat it all at once. You can look around at the store and perhaps some of the flavored chips would have even higher calories, but I do not like how they taste so I have never checked. This is also not counting any dip you might have with your chips. I do not dip mine in anything because I do not like the texture, but if you have a dip with your chips that adds many extra calories. I bet there are recipes out there for dips that are very calorie dense.

Recipes for subcutaneous fat gain?

Avoid alcohol if you want to avoid visceral fat, it’s called a beer belly for a reason.

Ultimately I think the type of fat you gain has more to do with genetics and hormones than anything. Diet influences it somewhat, but it’s very unlikely to gain a lot of weight without at least some visceral fat. If you’re a guy who either is on testosterone or produces plenty of it naturally, it’s especially unlikely.

I’ve gained mostly subcutaneous fat drinking heavy cream, but I’ve also got a lot of estrogen in my system, so your mileage may vary. I’ve heard others say it works even if you have lots of testosterone, but I have never seen any definitive data on that. Generally I think a low (but not 0) carb diet with lots of fat is supposed to be good for it.

You could also try gaining past your goal and then losing some of it. That is not good for your health if you do it multiple times and it is hard to lose weight and keep it off, so be careful, but visceral fat usually burns off before subcutaneous fat does, so it would likely work.

If you’d tell us what exactly you’re hoping for, I could probably write something up for you, though you’d have to record it yourself as I do not want to show my voice. I am not good at writing inductions but what I do when I make files for myself is I record the part that would go after the induction and then upload that as a private video on YouTube and put it in a private playlist with an induction from another hypnotist, it works fine.

Cream gaining “game”

I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau - I have gained one more pound in the last few days since resuming cream, but that’s it. I’m hoping I will be able to break past it soon.

Does anyone know of good ways to decrease the gastrointestinal upset cream can cause, other than spreading it out throughout the day (which I am already doing)? I think it may be part of what has caused the plateau, I haven’t been able to stuff as much alongside the cream because I’ve felt seriously unwell. This didn’t last so long the first week, so I am hoping it will go away soon, but I want to feel better as soon as I can.

Has anyone here gotten results from hypnosis?

I figured out recently that I get far more dramatic effects if I write and record my own hypnosis files (sadly I cannot post them publicly because I do not want anyone recognizing my voice, though). I think it’s a combination of the tailor-made suggestions and my voice being a lot easier to confuse with my own thoughts than someone else’s voice. It’s a bit of a pain in the ass, but I recommend trying it if you want results other than just a fun sexy time listening to a hypnosis file.

That being said, if you are looking for good feedism hypnotists on YouTube, I particularly like Silver Hypnosis, Essdeeess, and Enchantress.

I try to do a minimum of a cup a day, on top of eating plenty. Usually I mix it with chocolate milk, or sometimes ice cream. Sometimes I have an extra cup at another time in the day if I feel up to it, or put small amounts in my milk or tea when I drink those. The weight comes on fast, I wasn’t expecting it to come nearly as fast as it did with how little I was drinking.

Cream gaining “game”

I had to put my plans on hold due to an unexpected family emergency, but the good news is that all the weight I gained has stayed on even though while dealing with the family emergency I was not able to eat consistently. That’s very unusual for me, usually I lose almost everything when I stop putting in effort, especially if I am stressed, so I am relieved and hopeful this is the gain that will finally stick. I’m going to pick up where I left off and hopefully gain a few more pounds.

One thing I have noticed is that over the week I have not been gaining, the bloating in my stomach has gone down and more of the weight seems to have gone to my thighs. They are rubbing together when I wear shorts for the first time, and it is somewhat uncomfortable but also exciting. I knew that would happen eventually, but I expected it to happen when I reached the overweight category, not when I reached the middle of the healthy weight BMI range for my height! Everything is very jiggly, too, and for the first time I have a small amount of back fat.

Heavy cream and boost

Boost VHC in my opinion is not great for gaining. I rely on it when I have a bad relapse of my eating disorder or just when I am busy in order to get the nutrients I need to function, but it is very expensive, upsets my stomach, tastes bad, and despite the name is really not THAT high in calories. If I drank more than one in a day I think I’d throw up, and one only has around 360 calories. Meanwhile I can do two cups of cream in a day if I space it out right (although usually I do one or one and a half), and cream has 960 calories per cup. It isn’t comparable.

Boost VHC is amazing if you’re unable to eat a balanced diet and worried about developing a nutritional deficiency, because it has many nutrients in it. If your gaining diet lacks essential nutrients that the Boost can provide, or if you have money to burn and a strong stomach, go for it. It probably won’t hurt your gain even though it probably won’t be that helpful either. Other than that though it is not worth the price.
