You can deep fry in a large stock pot on the stove. The walls of the pot will be tall enough to stop oil from jumping out and it's easier to clean than a fryer with a basket. If you want to save the oil you can just cover it with the lid so dust doesn't get in there. But don't reuse it too many times--when it starts to darken in color, replace it. For fishing the finished food out of the pot, get a large metal strainer or slotted spoon. Happy cooking and happy feeding!

1. Capitalism is interested in selling thinness as the ideal because it's hard and expensive to maintain and the diet industry as well as the medical-industrial complex are determined to milk societal insecurity for all it's worth, and
2. Bezos, Musk and Zuckerburg are hoarding all the money.
You for real sound like an awesome feedee and if it was possible I'd say let's buy a mansion and a bunch of feeders and feedees could just live there all together and have a great time but I'm a broke bitch too.

Next time someone says something rude to/about your feedee, remind them of the lesson every first grade teacher tells their class: "If you don't have something nice to say, then just don't say anything."
And some of them probably think they're showing "tough love," but in that case pull them aside and show them a study or two on the subject: it's been clinically proven that not only does fat-shaming not help anyone lose weight, but it has a very negative impact on overall health as well.
Not that health is a metric for worth, but maybe they'll stop if they heard it from a literal doctor that their words are not helping.

Your supermarket should have non-dairy milks and creamers made of almond milk, coconut milk, soymilk, and more. Make sure not to get the reduced calorie kind and if you can find the sweetened kind, even better!
Many chocolate syrups and chocolate milk mixes contain dairy; instead opt for pure cocoa powder and just add extra sugar until the taste is to your feedee's liking.
Avocados are a great source of healthy fat and if you blend them in a smoothie with sugar and chocolate, the taste should be undetectable, plus it adds a nice creamy texture.
And peanut butter is pretty much a gainer's best friend; it is high in calories from both sugar and fat for both visceral and subcutaneous gains.
For an extra caloric boost you can even look for vegan protein powder in the nutrition aisle, but be aware that a lot of these are not very flavorful on their own and don't have the best texture so you'll need to incorporate more ingredients so the shake will be tasty and creamy enough.

I feel you, I outline obsessively and this still happens to me. Sometimes it helps me to take a break from an ongoing story to work on a one shot or even a non-writing project, so later on I can return to my story with fresh eyes.

All the successful gainers I've known have said the secret to their success was snacking/grazing throughout the day on top of regular meals. So if you wake up hungry, eat that breakfast. There's always more time for a snack later.
Anyway the "breakfast jump starts your metabolism" thing relies on an intuitive sleep schedule which is a luxury many of us just don't have nowadays. You might wake up at 6 AM for work because your alarm forced you to, but your body and your metabolism might not be awake and ready to burn calories yet. So if you wake up for work and you're hungry, stopping for breakfast shouldn't hurt your gaining efforts.

Feminization for a male feedee. As his body gets fuller and curvier and his pecs swell into moobs I just want to dress him up in stockings and garter belts and maybe a bra to put all that new fat on display for me. Bonus points if he wants to take my strap.
But also smothering and breathplay. Just like...lay on top of me.
