I think it’s possible to be heavy and healthy. If you eat a high calorie, healthy diet that’s low in saturated fat, and workout it’s entirely possible to be obese and healthy.
I have spent the last year working on this and while I’m not 300 pounds I am quite fat with a big belly. Through gradual exercise I have managed to add muscle and cardio. I slowly ran a 5K last month and was at my heaviest weight I’ve been at.
So, yes I do think it’s possible. Working out doesn’t burn nearly the calories people think it does, so by exercising you’re building muscle and heart health without giving up too many fat gains.
Morbidly A Beast:
You’re 100% right, a intense cardio workout is gonna burn about as much as Big Mac if that even.
NoMoYoYo:
This is the part I have trouble understanding though I know its true. When I was going to the gym, I would do 20-30 minutes on the treadmill and at the end it would say I burned like 200 calories.
But its still in my head that I can't do cardio because I will lose weight. So strange.
It's a common thought/fear around these parts. I've spoken to many people who refuse to exercise or eat healthy foods for fear they will lose even one pound. It's like healthy = thin = bad.
I'm sure there's nothing to unpack here.

I wonder if keeping your stomach stretched and bloated with like, soda water would work. Zero or low calorie.
If this is a question of how to keep the capacity.
Increasing or maintaining your capacity is a terrible idea if you are trying to lose or maintain weight. It will only increase your hunger and undo your progress.
If you are committed to maintaining or losing weight, you'll have to make your peace with reduced capacity.
Can you keep your stomach constantly stretched with liquid bloats? Yes. But even then, I do not recommend it. It will do a number on your kidneys. This is on top of certain liquids throwing off your electrolytes and other nutrients your body needs from over-hydration.
Any regular bloater will tell you that you have to be mindful of your liquid intake. Doing otherwise can lead to painful leg cramps, blood sugar spikes, water toxicity, and other symptoms, depending on the liquid you're bloating with.

Been having to lose for health reasons, but occasionally I just want to reward myself with a huge stuffing like I used to every day at the height of my gaining. I tried last night and all I could muster was a large baconator meal and 20 nuggets which was less than half of what I could do without trying before. Thanks!
That'll do it.
When you lose weight, you eat less. As such, your stomach has a chance to shrink back to its original size.

It's because you stretched your stomach out.
Yes, you are still digesting, but your stomach is empty at this point. This is one of the ways you can feel full yet hungry as well.
Kimllyy:
Can one day of stuffing really stretch out my stomach that much?
It's not a permanent things, but it can. It depends on how much you pushed it.
How much it impacts you depends on what you ate. If you eat a lot of heavy foods, you probably won't want to eat. Same goes if you ate so much that you are backed up.
That said, it usually goes away within a day assuming you don't push it. Might even go away after breakfast.

I’ve noticed that the day after eating 6000+ calories, I’m way hungrier than normal and i have to eat a lot more than normal to feel full (not 6000 calories but also much more than normal). This seems counterintuitive to me since I’d expect my body to still be bloated and digesting food.
Is this something others have experienced?

Absolutely common! Probably one of the biggest and most repeated topics. You're not alone!
I didn't gain until I was in my 40s (for many reasons). You may wait, you may never gain. That's okay. You may want to engage in Feedism in ways that don't involve gaining.
- Padding
- Role play
- Occasional, non-gaining stuffing sessions
- Bloating with non-fattering foods and liquids
- Feeding someone else or enjoying a partner's fat body
- Writing/reading fat stories
- And of course, sexual videos and pics with fat people that excite you
Some people, when they're ready to dip a toe in, will gain 5 or 10lbs and see how it feels. If it doesn't feel right you stop or go back.
Everyone's relationship with their fetishes and kinks are unique. Do what's right for you. 😁
FF has a lot of people who flex. I know I'm guilty of it. But, if you look at wider feedist culture, most feedists don't live in the extremes.

Just earlier today me and my brother have agreed to buy season passes to six flags to go with him and other family members on the weekends this summer. My brother then asked me the dreaded question of how much do i weight because he wanted to go to a few attractions with me that had weight limits.I wanted to be honest with him and tell him straight up that I'm 320 pounds but it was as if my mouth forced me to lie by telling him 302(As if that was going to make much of a difference to his reaction looking back on it).
The reason I'm bringing this up is because I wanted to ask everyone on FA about their experiences with attractions at waterparks(Six flags in particular)
Do they weight you with a scale before you go in one or do they just judge your weight by your appearance?
If they do use a scale,is it for everyone else to see or very discrete between you and the employee?
P.S Last time I went to a water park was when I was 10 and I dont remember anything
Usually, rides go by if you can fit into them instead of weight. I know that some rides have a weight limit, but those are rare.
In the context of Six Flags, I found this online:

Hey, chief, you might wanna get that looked at.
Your profile says you are 5'8" and 202 lbs. Assuming this is correct, you are rather small to be having shoe size issues.
It's more likely your feet are swelling. Could be nothing. Could be something. But either way, you might have some relief with compression socks.
