It's enough

Romy:
My Christmas wish is to lose weight.
I don't want to be thin, but walking again would be great.
I miss leaving the house and I want to stop living in a bed.
I'm short of breath at night and oxygen doesn't help. I don't want to tempt fate, I'm going to miss my big meals but I need to improve my quality of life.
After Christmas I'll be put on a diet.
The countdown begins and I must take advantage of it to eat before starting the damn diet.

I'm rootin for ya, hun!

Sharing fantasies with a partner

Fat Dreams:
My husband and I have been having issues with mismatched libidos and so he has been encouraging me to share more of what I'm into. He has a general idea that I like big guys (which he is) and would be into the idea of feeding him sometime, but I keep trying to downplay it and he won't let that fly. I know I should be grateful that I finally have a partner who is interested in understanding what makes me tick, but we're both feeling increasingly frustrated because I'm so scared of being rejected that I have a mental block when it comes to expressing this part of myself candidly and he feels that I am being dishonest with him by not doing so. He suggested sharing porn that I've watched or stories I've read, but I don't see how sharing the full extent of my fat fetish fantasies would come to any good since weight gain is out of the question for him. He wants to lose weight for health reasons, and I want to support him on this.

What to do, short of scheduling couple's therapy?

Idk, therapy should be on the table. You are having a trauma response, and it's causing you to sabotage your relationship.

You should tell him. You need to tell him.

My partner and I do not share the same kinks. My libido is also significantly higher than his. (His isn't low. I'm just a horn dog.) That said, he never judges me for this. He'll also incorporate elements of things I like in the bedroom within reason.

Feedism doesn't need to get in the way of his weight loss goals. My partner is losing weight for health reasons, but we regularly engage in feedist dirty talk. An occasional stuffing (think one really big meal once every few months in our case) won't compromise his weight loss. Kink negotiations are very good at establishing boundaries in this regard.

Cost effective fast food stuffing

Morbidly A Beast:
I just eat the cost (pun intended) when I’m not in the mood for mac shack I’ll get chipotle or 5 Guys and if I’m feeling really daring I’ll get Taco Bell another really good one I get a lot is Culver’s. I plan on spending about 50 dollars every time I eat out just as minimum. Pretty much any money that’s extra is going to my stomach lol

Munchies:
Damn, you really are a glutton. Most I spend on a fast food run is $30. And that usually lasts me for 3 days.

Morbidly A Beast:
It tends to really stack up at McDonald’s if you’re not thinking about it! 2 large fries is like 12 dollars nowadays. Add a few Big Macs and a 20 piece nugget your well into 50 haha

TIL that a McD diet is great weight loss for wallets.

Casual Gainer:
I would check out what's available locally e.g. smaller chains/independents and sign up to delivery apps for the occasional offer.

Munchies:
Unfortunately, depending on where you live, shopping at smaller/local chains are not cheaper. Often times, bigger chain stores will charge significantly lower prices as a way to undercut the competition in small towns or rural areas.

Nofbar:
Much of that price difference is because the bigger retailers get discounts for buying large quantities.

That is part of it, yes. But talk to anyone that lives or has lived in a very small town. When a chain store comes to town, they'll sell things at a loss for a time until the mom-and-pop stores can't compete and then close down.

Eventually, that store will be the only one available in the area. And if it closes down one day (which has happened in some rural areas), it will devastate everyone.

So yeah, shopping locally is very important for the economy. Unfortunately, it's not always the most cost-effective option.

A question for fast food workers.

FeedTheVoid:
Oh that's so awesome! I'm actually from North Texas in the DFW area. I can imagine it's more common in the parts of the state that don't have high city centers like DFW, Austin and so forth.

Ah, DFW. This makes more sense.

Nah, fam, I'm a country girl. Things are slower here, so we have much more time for hospitality. Everybody out here feeding everybody. Last Christmas, we had some new neighbors, and they went door to door giving out a shitload of homemade cookies.

I've gone on walks around town and come home with produce from local gardeners who wanted to bless me. I've gone to mom-and-pop places that gave me a little extra because they liked me. It's highly food-centric. Everyone feeds everyone.

FeedTheVoid:
Lol I'm from the south as well. I haven't seen that myself but I honestly wouldn't put it by southerners. Lol

What part? I'm out in Appalachia. It is super normal over here. Just the other day, I saw an elderly couple feeding each other. They were so cute. No idea if they were feedist, but they were both on the bigger side.

You really can't tell.

A question for fast food workers.

FeedTheVoid:
I'm a feeder and I've always had this idea of clocking another feedee/feedee couple in public.

So question for everyone is. Have you ever been working at a fast food place and been able to clock a feedee/feeder from what they order or when they come up to the counter/drive through?

Baby girl, I live in the South. I have openly hand fed my 400+ partner in public. Not only did no one notice, but if they did, they would have thought we were a married couple hopelessly in love.
