I hadn’t had health insurance for years so I never went to the doctor along the way, so to speak… now that I have insurance I’ve been going and they didn’t say anything other than a concern for my weight I think they just assumed I was always fat.

I went from 350 to the 390s from September 22 to January 23. 40-50 pounds is doable but not very sustainable and you have to eat a ALOT and basically never move

Not to get to off topic here, but in regards to men’s fashion I would tend to agree even for myself it’s just gotten to easy to dress comfortably with big t shirts and sweats/joggers as I’ve gotten bigger.. and it gives off s scrubby look I haven’t been impressed with for a while

What’s your favorite thing to eat?
go wild for the foods you enjoy and love to eat avoid stuff you don’t like. There’s no tricks or gimmicks here. Just get greedy with it.

Calorie Intake/Calorie deficit/metabolic rate cause of a lot of hardship. It’s rooted in the silly notion that people should only eat 2k a day and people not realizing how many calories it takes to gain, people not realizing how many calories it takes to keep a body functioning and how many more it takes when you’re bigger. There’s a reason why people tend to tapper off at certain weights after gaining it
