That’s great I guess for people who want to lose weight, however human beings were not made to lose weight we evolved to store it during times of abundance and burn it during times of scarcity. losing weight implies calorie deficit meaning organs are not receiving enough nutrients to survive, and or illness. That stuff makes you ill to lose weight it’s meant as a diabetic treatment, there’s absolute horror stories online about the stuff

Thr intensity comes back and forth for me too. Like lately I am almost coming to terms with it all. Like I am sitting here like "listen you want this, pretty bad, and you thought about this forever" but I never pull thr trigger. But honestly I have been reflecting for days on this intense period of wanting to gain and I think I am finally ready to really start. I would love to have someone into the idea with me but I also know that may not happen. But I have plans to stuff myself tomorrow and we will see how I feel after. Who knows, Monday I may be back to not caring much. But I doubt it.


You can have your cake and eat it too (pun intended) freely indulge as you see fit this will not lead to dramatic weight gain overnight but with some consistency it will and in the meantime it will increase your appetite and capacity. I eat “stuffings” because it’s just me following my appetite I don’t purposely say like “I’m gonna stuff myself with X”

And yeah chances are you’re not gonna find someone in this to go along with you. You’re gonna want to do it for yourself smiley

I am content with being fat and not gaining more weight even if I want to at the time so it’s not that big of a deal for me. I could see if someone who was skinny would be struggling, but anyone who’s seen me or my diet knows that hasn’t been me for the better part of a decade.

I will say that intensity comes and goes like there’s sometimes where I just want nothing more than to gain 100 pounds that very instant and then there’s sometimes where it’s like not even remotely high on my attention.

My “”diet”” and my lifestyle choices make it pretty much inevitable for me but I think for some it’s probably ignorable I’m not sure where my gluttony came from it was like a switch was hit for me

Winter is coming make sure all your gear fits from last year

I'm currently in the process of finding my true size and restocking my wardrobe for winter. I'm at my highest weight ever (420 - 430). I actively gained for much of this year, and though I'm not doing so now, I'm 135-145 pounds heavier than I was last Thanksgiving, and 50-60 pounds heavier than my previous highest weight. I struggle with clothes a LOT because I'm VERY big around the midsection. I'm having to stick with some warm basics from custom retailers. I can't find a winter coat though, and it does get chilly in Pennsylvania. Open to recommendations from fellow supersized folks.


I’m sure you’ll be able to find something at plus size stores I mean there’s plenty of dressy stuff I could fit into I need like cold weather coveralls/reflective cold gear is my problem

There’s no tricks or gimmicks that can make you fat, you just gotta eat more indulge in all the foods you love to eat and eat alot of it.

5. If you had it to do over, would you have started gaining even sooner?
I pretty much started gradually putting on weight at the earliest I could. But in an alt reality where I never was that person I cannot say.
6. Do you plan to gain more in the future, stay the same or lose weight? Or are you just going to see what happens?

It is kinda inevitable I’m gonna gain more weight, but for the time being, yes, I’m maintaining a gain caloric intake we’ll see how it pans out.

Practical fat habits

I love ice cream and I even drink quite a bit of milk but I think the whole cream stuff is totally unnecessary, unpleasant and actually detrimental to consistent gains. Just eat and drink what you enjoy eating and drinking that you can keep down

Eat Breakfast eat lunch eat dinner don’t deny yourself any snacks. Don’t underestimate your metabolic rate and how much you realistically burn off just from daily activity it adds up a lot of people are not fat only because they run calorie deficits. Lastly remove the concept of wanting to eat from hunger

He’s between 400 and 420 and 5’10”. You are right I should actually go into the store. It isn’t finding something that fits it’s the way it’s hard to find a size that isn’t tight in one place and too loose is another.


Make him go with you have him try on the stuff. Make a day of it, he might be more willing if you’re with. Initially I felt a bit weird but now i just realize it’s the size I need to wear clothes comfortably.
