I get to at least 3000 each day it can be hard getting much more than that sometimes. It has been getting easier recently though.
Oof yeah you’re just maintaining your weight at that few calories just gotta eat more

it can be hard if you’re not a big eater normally, like I can’t help myself most days and I’m pushing 5 or 6k and it’s just barely enough to maintain a steady gain depending on that days activity level

I have been trying to gain for 3 months now and have gotten nowhere. (Look at my pics to see)😓
I have been trying to eat 3500 calories a day. I have also been living a very sednetry life style. Is there anything else I can do?
How successfully have you been eating over 3500 calories a day? Cause depending how sedentary you are you shouldn’t be burning much more than your metabolic rate

I got recommended a dietician by my doctor at my last visit he was a bit concerned about my weight (385.62 lbs) but he said I was healthy otherwise. I wasn’t particularly excited either way but I understand where feelings like that coke from

For me it would be about keeping me full and enabling/supporting my appetite, but knowing how to cook really well would be a huge bonus ordering almost every meal is expensive AF. But other than this thing where I eat a lot and strive to be rounder and wider I’m pretty vanilla

I’ve just ditched pants in favor of joggers / sweats I get that it might not be an option for a lot of people and isn’t appropriate for formal events but in terms of practicality your comfy and you can get some good looking quality material pants that barely look different than the traditional pants

I'm wearing sweats at home right now, under. So comfortable. And *some* of my jeans are made of a more stretchy material, I still wear a belt with them for when I squat to avoid showing off the crack. 🤣 Other jeans, like the ones I wore to the buffet, are the old style ones without stretchiness, and I wore those over for fun.
I think moving forward I'd go over with formal suit/tux pants for sure, most other pants under, unless I go back to the buffet? 😉🐖😁
Or... unless I get bigger and feel more comfortable with over all the time? But on Reddit, I've seen comments or had convos where some (specifically were guys that *I* talked to) seemed VERY against wearing pants over the belly. Some said it causes a double belly in case you don't want one, and I don't but I also don't believe that's what happens. (And I'd wear suspenders, not a belt, so I'm not gut-strangled.) Others said it should be "saved for" when a guy is so big he has no other options to keep the pants up - belts don't work or reach? Like, as if it would be an insult unless I was super-sized? Has anyone heard this before or feel the same way?
Suspenders exist because of high waisted slacks. I can’t/don’t see men who are 60 inches around + wearing high waisted slacks, it’s usually done because the pants are worn below the belly and putting a belt around that area would be uncomfortable. At least formally, It’s probably still just a comfort thing in other places you’d wear suspenders

Yesterday we had a potluck here at work. A taco bar. Oh my. I just couldn’t stop going back for more. Then when the leftovers were moved to the break room which is very close to my office I new I wasn’t getting anything else done today.
I think it totaled up at: 3 pork tacos with mango salsa, some “green spaghetti” no idea what that was but it was tasty, two flautas, a four inch square of chicken enchiladas, more chips and quest than I can quantify, three cookies, some flan, three brownies, and some peanut butter rice balls. I felt glorious.
Nice. Potlucks are always the best and everyone is always so content with themselves if there’s nothing left of their dish. It’s double whammy!

My Goth/New Wave kick turned into a 90s techno kick, and then I discovered Austra, but Janelle Monae's new album has been on repeat for a few days now.
You’d enjoy what I linked above I think. That is if you haven’t already, in which case hell ya that’s my type of music I’ll play like Joy division, new order, the cure all great stuff
