Some of you may have experienced problems getting into chat recently. This is because the software license restricts us to 100 users at a time (it can be less than this is users have more than one chat window open). When the chat is full you may have found you have to wait for someone to leave before you can enter.

To try and ease the situation we have restricted the use of chat to 2 hours per day, so that now everyone should get a turn. This will be reviewed periodically and adjusted as necessary.

This will not affect Gold members who will still have unrestricted chat and webcam use.
