Same. I'm intentionally gaining now, but I've always been fat. With that comes a big appetite. What would be a big meal for a lot of people would leave me hungry. For example, tonight I had a Philly cheesesteak, fried buffalo cauliflower, french fries, beer, and soda, and then an hour later, ordered a large pizza and boneless wings. With all that, I was very full, but not packed.
Yeah you sound a lot like me I have no concept of normal portion sizes anymore, like, get this there’s people who will only have a slice of pizza maybe 2… or like a foot long sub sandwich or a large sandwich is “to much food” just wild to me

Sometimes my work does pizza for everyone, and they’ll usually get an idea of what people want I usually eat an entire large pizza by myself when I order, so it was a bit awkward when I was told to put down the pizza box I wanted and asked for and told to grab a plate with just a few slices needless to say I was a bit hungry afterwards.

I personally don’t care for the stuff I just double down on everything i eat. It is Unfortunately kinda the thing It is a lot, you gotta eat big to be big. It’ll get easier as you eat more day to day. The biggest thing is consistency so don’t push right away if it will distress your body but it is something that’ll increase that capacity so long as you can keep eating that day or the next day

Ya that’s really good advice actually. I’m on 4.5k now so I’ll start trying to up on that (I was pleasantly surprised how easy to is to do 4.5k with just a little planning). Thanks for the wise words 👍❤️
You’re welcome! 4.5k calories is still a lot it just might be mitigated by your activity level. I’m moderately active so lately I’ve been trying to get a decent breakfast 1-2k calories in the morning with a massive 3-5k dinner in the evening no idea how much I weigh right now but I imagine I’m up def softer around the middle

Eat everything then Eat more is the only real advice I’d give. It’s easy to get to below 300 without trying very hard with a few hundred excess calories.
Just remember the bigger you are the more calories you burn just passively from existing, but also the calories you burn from exerting yourself walking etc it’s quite easy to run a calorie deficit even if you think you’re eating a lot. Shoot for 4-6 calories a day depending on activity.

Precisely. And I would never ask because I know how much stuffing yourself silly is. I do it cause of my appetite and I enjoy it I just like sharing with y’all. I do it all the time even if I don’t share.

I tried not to eat to much when at a parties or an events with friends family or work but my belly always gets the better of me these days, it’s also pretty rare these days to even begin with. But I Used to have a bit better portion control but now? I’m a 3 plate minimum.
Try eating before Or eat less and eat after to your hearts content. Or just don’t let ‘em bother you about it no one is like gonna try to make you feel bad unless there an ass
