Even if I had a body like before by magic I would probably end up fat like I am now I’m greedy and love to eat

So true bestie.
When you gain weight, not all of it will be fat/ A good chunk of it will also be food weight, water weight, and poop. It's basically weight that doesn't belong to you. Speaking from personal experience, it will drive you insane to see the way the scale goes up and day over the course of a day
Lynne841:
Another point to this, sometimes even when you are not gaining weight or at least the scale says you've been same... Numbers can be deceptive.
My weight was stuck around 270 for long time but a few months into plateau I noticed my belly changing shape and seemingly growing, wider, dropped a little lower and some pants got tight. Scale didn't change for over 6-8 months but even my arms and thighs showed some newfound pudge. And belly most definitely got more doughy soft feel, even before I temporarily lost a little weight.
Delayed gain?
Also had a friend I've known over half our lives 'inspect' my belly while wearing an outfit I've had a few years. She confirmed I looked bigger and it sagged more despite being down around 10 pounds from my highest weight[/quote]
You’re not wrong I’ve definitely experienced this where you feel and look huge but you’re weight hasn’t changed at all. I think it’s generally a thing for bigger people who have already been fat

I want to get into making stuff today I made a video of me stuffing my face with 4 Big Macs and mchickens and 2 shakes but I am not happy with audio quality and my camera looks like ass, but I looked fat AF and got really stuffed I’m just wondering for the future how to do things better

I won’t be buying another scale, last one had me thinking I lost a bunch and it said it went to 450 im content with only knowing if and when I go to the doctor or when I go to a store and they have a scale. Also numbers don’t mean much anymore I just wanna be rounder and wider now

I haven’t been in years not since before at least, I remember it being hard even when I wasn’t big at all, especially when it’s hot? Forget about it.
Hope you all had a good time and ate a lot if you went down there this year!

I love McDonald’s and I love the Big Mac I love when you can get em for a dollar, but even when there not a dollar I can clear 4, but usually I get 4 and a mcchicken or 2 with a vanilla shake 😊 that or I get 3 or 4 double quarter pounders.
Other than McDonald’s? Chipotle. I usually get 2 burritos, 3 if I’m really hungry but when I wanna get really stuffed I’ll get 4.
If I’m out and about I’ll get Dairy Queen love me a chicken strip basket and a flamethrower!

Idk about anyone else but I can’t find a answer truthfully. Maybe it has to do with me being already pretty fat before I discovered feedism imo it’s more like a compulsion or inevitable made by my lifestyle? If that makes sense.
I love eating

Let the man have a soda if that’s what he wants 😭
but I get it it’s not the best for you, juice isn’t that much better. Is diet soda an option?
Munchies:
The issue isn't the soda. The issue is that he is drinking a 2L bottle of soda every day. That's going to jack the man up all kinds of ways.
a 2L doesn’t sound like that much tbh, at least if it’s over the course of a day? I put down a 12 pack or so a week of Diet Coke. Idk if the 2L is just they do soda in russia or something but it just seems better in terms of quantity out of a can. Also keeps the fizz when you consume it.

I’ve gotten extremely lucky from the sounds of it the most I got was concern for my weight but I was otherwise healthy in all my tests. Probably helps that I remain very active like more than you’d expect for someone my weight for my job, and I have only been to the doctor a handful of times had I been seeing that doctor since I was young I’m sure I would have gotten a earful.
It’s sucks that there’s doctors perfectly willing to put their patients at risk just because of their bias.
