Body goals, not weight goals

I know what you mean by this! one of mine has been to be freely jiggle without shaking it on purpose I’m getting close to it. Also one was to have no lap when I’m sitting just all belly and I have that for the most part it’s just not all the way gone… yet

Handling upset stomach

You should try eating slower, and also attempt to eat more times instead of big meals throughout the day. You’re probably tryin to stuff to much in to quickly and it’s causing your stomach to go “what the fuck”

But yeah, I’d see a doctor - could be a serious thing. Especially if you got the IBS

At the gym...

I used to live in the gym, I’d go twice a day all week.. but that was 10 years and several hundred pounds ago haha

Twice a day all week!?!? I'd end up on the floor and never get up again. Although I fantasize about being too fat to get up from the floor! 😁🐖 However irl I do like being strong as well as fat, so it's working for me right now.

But if I were kidnapped and fattened till I couldn't waddle fast enough to get away... 😉😳


For the most part. On days I’d have a meet I’d just do cardio to keep me warm and keep the water weight to a minimum to make weight. But mostly I’d do body weight exercises and a lot of practice.

I agree with everything except for the last statement. That one is a matter of personal taste. Some people like it or love it. And others are ambivalent or hate it.

That said, to OP, it's a good idea to figure out if you want sex because you enjoy it or because you're if you want sex because you feel you're supposed to want it.


While it’s true it’s a matter of personal taste i would say it’s not worth basing your entire value as a human person on having/getting or receiving/ able to have sex. Because it is a bit meh, tbh.

Sex won’t make you happy. Being in a relationship won’t make you happy. Only you being content in yourself will make you happy, the other stuff comes after.

When you decided to start gaining…

I was slowly gaining weight over the years and then Covid happened and I blew up to 300 it was pretty much at that point where I gave up on dieting and just decided I was gonna go with it and actively gain.

It was something that just felt so right and made sense of my eating habits, I don’t think I ever really wanted to be fat before but I def did after I found about feedism.

I’d tell you to go all in, if it’s something you fantasize alot about.

Honestly not something I’ve thought a lot about! Only came around recently, so I don’t want to dive in, moreso wade cautiously. I tried a 2 liter soda chug the other day cause I thought “I drink enough soda, this should be easy”.

I almost made myself sick and it took 3 hours to drink the bottle. X) I’m okay, but I realized I was woefully unprepared for how this all works. It’s why I posed the question, I wanted to see how everyone else handled getting bigger with their own lifestyles and experiences.


I was ready to just increase what I was already doing so it was pretty easy but if you’re not used to it just take it slow. there’s no rush enjoy your food and drink, the biggest trick is consistency just like the gym. if you eat 5k calories a day you’ll get fat but if you eat 5k in 1 day but the next you can’t eat cuz you’re sick it’s gonna be hard.
