So, after dealing with a scale that told me my weight. And judging myself on the fit or lack of fit of my clothes. I bit the bullet and went with extra sensors, yeah, back to clenching my thighs together like I hold it in to go to the washroom, sighs.
Now I know my BMI, er, um, rates me at morbidly obese, when before I thought I was just comfortably obese. Unfortunately, I'm over the maximum of the scale, and I bought it for the extra sensors it only goes up to 550, but the online calculators rate my BMI to 78.3, hmm. I wonder if there are classes beyond morbid obesity.
But as it has been a gradual climb, I know it's unhealthy, as it has limited my movement. This scale has been a depressing revelation of my situation, and I think I'll just use it once a month or when I wonder about having to up a size.
Oh well, I'm not stupid, just clueless at times

Really only works with dry clothing, though lately it's a snug fit, as in I need to suck my tummy in, wish I could do that with my hips, at least my bones are not directly under the skin

My getting fat or just maintaining is a 4-hour-long Sunday brunch, though I hate waiters who think it's a place to push people out like a production line
