The person who said that sounds like a real idiot.
I think he/she hasn't got a clue about 1) how to be happy in your own body regardless of size, or 2) gym's in general.
I make no secret of the fact that I am into fitness and weight training, even though I am a FA and love very fat women. I would NEVER tell somebody to live their lives and shape their bodies the way I try to shape mine, because I do it for me and not to please anybody else.
Oh, and I hate gym's too !!!
I train at home, because the few times I have been in gym's, the attitude stinks. The steroid boys all look down on the smaller natural guys, and the superfit 8-pack boys look down on anyone who has more than 8% bodyfat, it's so pathetic and something I never want to be a part of.
Love your body whatever the shape, and if you don't love it, change it by making it fatter or fitter whatever turns you on

Feeling more sexy with the age
For me,

Then I thought 'sod it' and started doing things to make myself love 'me' a lot more.
Now ages 45, I am probably more confident than I have ever been in my life so far.
Yes, sex is fabulous too, especially now my girlfriend has got fatter over the years, yum

My girlfriend and I have been together 25 years. She has always been over 200lbs, and at times over 250lbs.
Unfortunately, she has, over the years, always tried to battle with her weight, and probably felt ashamed simply because of all the bulls**t that magazines and television put on you, and spoon feed you (nice pun huh) into thinking what is/is not attractive.
I have always loved her, and always found fat girls sexy, but it has taken her over 20 years to really learn to accept and even love her body.
Of course, being a FA I would love her to be bigger, and am always buying her chocolate etc with the excuse she deserves it for being such a good mum/partner
