If you are going from smaller/more on the fit side with a goal of being very fat/gaining rapidly, heavy cream will just fill you up and sit there so you won’t be able to eat more. Put it in a shake, in desserts, in pasta dishes, in cakes, in your coffee, in oatmeal. I was really thin- like fit, athletic, 115 lbs. I have always had this fetish, and didn’t start actually gaining til 2020 during the pandemic.
