Implicit or explicit?
At say my retail job, I would say there's an implicit limit subject to individual capability, due to the physical nature of the job.

Honestly, the only way to tell is to just do it, guage the reaction and respond appropriately.
It's otherwise impossible to predict, unless it turns out we're actually in the Sims and you have access to their traits stats.

I'd rather a device which just teleports food so I can taste the food ala star trek.
If we're talking fantasy, I'd rather nano machines which can allow me to alter my body without any consequences.
So at the push of a button I could gain several hundred pounds and be able to eat as much as I want, but then the next morning I can press it again to become a more practical size.

I've been at a minimum overweight/fat my entire life, which is likely the only reason I'm actually fine with the idea of becoming even fatter.
If I was 'normal' weight, even if I still had this fetish, I probably wouldn't be willing to intentionally gain like I'm trying right now because of the usual issues.

I don't know of any specific turn key solution, although I mess around with img2img mode on automatic1111's self hosted server software and various models.
Of course I only do this for a laugh with no expectation of accuracy.

I use scales but as my goal is to develop a permanent belly hang, so looking in the mirror at my waistline is my true way to gauge.

When I'm actively pushing to gain and I have a later shift at work, making sure to eat something by 8am, otherwise I won't eat until 10/11 or until I get into town before work.
8am is the perfect time as I'm usually also able to eat again by 10/11.

Alcohol, stress, working 2nd/3rd shift, and not drinking water before bed.
Glitter Jelly:
Not drinking water before bed slows down your metabolism? Does anyone know if there is scientific data on this?
If so I'd like to read it because it's always been a struggle for me to drink enough, period. Because of my poor sense of interception, by the time I feel thirsty, I'm parched and already dehydrated.
I read somewhere that dehydration in general can slow down the metabolism.
I got this by just searching for ways to slow down the metabolism.

I suspect a large part of hatred for fat people stems from society's opinion on what's considered 'beautiful'.
If the tides turned and suddenly being a morbidly obese glutton became fashionable, I'd expect 'thin shaming' to become a thing.
'look at you struggling to eat a large pizza'
'what's wrong? Can't afford to eat?'
Of course other factors likely play a part e.g. affects on health, but then people have gone to Tiktok quacks to try and get their teeth done on the cheap because they want to try and look good, so I suspect many of those factors would get tossed aside in order to try and fit in.

Had a weird dream last night where the Greek Gods made a cheeseburger where every bite caused you to get fatter.
Don't ask me where the F this came from as the closest to anything Greek in my life recently was that I've been thinking of playing that old PS1 Hercules game.
