I was in sauna with my friends (female) first time since my weight gain. They knew I had gained weight mostly due to medication. Noone mentioned anything but I noticed how they once in a while glanced as interested/surprised how fat I had become.

We were all naked so it was quite visible to everyone...

Nice to read comments in this thread. After my rapid weight gain (+75lbs in year) my tits have grown from perky teen b cup to now c/d cup more longer and saggy.

How much did you gain weight before your breasts started to sag from extra fat and grow?

I have gained now +55 lb in six months and mine are starting to sag...
