Will exercises help prevent an apron belly when gaining?

I personally am not a fan of apron bellies and want a rounder one. Will toning it help lift belly fat?

I hate quarantine so much.

True! The only downside is that my family won’t stop concern trolling me about it. I’ve managed to pack on nearly 15 pounds since quarantine though!

Have any of you had to overcome being obsessed with being skinny

I was at one point. Not anorexic but obsessed with being thin. I know that it sounds strange but don’t try to intervene or push her to change her ways. Instead, let her know from time to time that it’s okay to indulge a little. If she has a slice of cake for instance don’t push her to take another slice but instead start conversation about how good it tastes. Also, try to cook with her more too and try new recipes she enjoys. Make it a fun activity. Also let her know that you don’t care what size she and that you love her body no matter what size she is. I can’t garuntee that this will work but If it doesn’t that’s okay too. Your goal is to assure her that she is free to make her own choices and that you love her at any size.

OMG YES. You’re on the right page. I’m ok with a little ass fat but I want a big belly for the most part. I don’t like the idea of wide hips or big thighs on me either.

This is me too! Creams containing aminophylline and/ or yohimbe applied to the hips will help keep the fat off of there. I'm doing the so-called visceral fat diet (carbs and sugar)but have gained love handles more than belly, a bit on the belly I guess. To reduce estrogen, eat a lot of broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and spinach. I also read that nicotine causes a greater waist to hip ratio so I am using nicotine lozenges, building a tolerance slowly as I have never smoked.


Loving the advice so far! Quick question, can the creams be applied to the arms and breasts? I gain more weight in my arms than I want and I don’t want my breasts any bigger. I hear that alcohol can also give a bigger belly but is nicotine somehow different?
