Ok, now something i know a little about. In all honestly I'd side with experience and lower weight here. While it is possible to be fit as a heavyweight, Wrestling is a sport of pure endurance. If you are gaining while working out, it might end up being counter intuitive. So Id say the 197 would be a good place, then as your cardio increases, gain slowly.
