I drink about 1 quart each day or two. Depending if I can afford to buy it. As it's a bit pricey. As others have said, it's best to spread it out throughout the day. I also find it's good to have some after eating.

Thank you everyone for the replies! So much great info and experiences. It seemed for me that my regain started off slow. But suddenly started going fast! The first week or so it seemed like I gained nothing. Then as the 3rd week started I noticed I gained enough to notice visually. I saw many people mention being softer when regaining and losing visceral fat and gaining more subcutaneous fat when regaining. Which would be perfect and seems to be what's happening. Not that I seem to gain much visceral to begin with. I also use heavy cream and I know it helps with reducing visceral and forming subcutaneous. Either way. I'm well on my way to regaining and I can't wait to pass my fattest of 220lbs and go beyond! Thanks again everyone!

I started gaining a few years ago. Went from about 140-220lbs. Then I had some life craziness and couldn't keep active gaining. I ended up losing down to about 170-180.
Well, I'm finally starting gaining again. I usually go all in. Have heavy cream daily, which helped a lot last time. My question is for those who have regained after losing weight. Was regaining easier? Faster? Did you regain more than you lost? I hear those are all possibilities. Would love to hear people's experiences. Thanks!

I'm kinda living this right now. My wife gained quite a bit over the years. She has been at her biggest of about 300lbs. I've always been pretty skinny. Mostly due to health issues. But I wanted to gain too. To be as big as her. So I've finally been trying to achieve that and she has been loving it and helping and encouraging. It's been great fun!

As my wife gained weight over the years I had to defend her and the fact I loved her the way she is. From "concerned" comments from family that weren't needed (my wife is fat?!?! Ya don't say! I never noticed...) to one time a friend of a friend noticed my preference and thought mentioning it in front of everyone was going to embarass me or be a "gotcha!" moment. When I responded that yes, I do like that my wife is a bigger woman. It deflated his confidence immediately. Don't let anyone make you feel lesser for who and what you like.

As Munchies said, marathon, not a race. When I started gaining I could barely eat enough. Without feeling sick. Smaller amounts throughout the day helped. Heavy cream helped get enough calories. But that too was better in smaller amounts thru the day. Usually after eating. I've found also that as you keep up with eating more your body adjusts and you don't feel sick anymore. At least it was that way for me. Best of luck!

I'm running into a slight problem. I'm close to 5,000 calories today. The complete opposite of trying to slow down my gain. I am addicted to gaining fast. What do I need to do to reign it in?
Often times you will eventually plateau. Keeping up that kind of gaining is usually pretty difficult and expensive. So something usually gives that causes you to slow down. You can go with it for now and see if and when that happens. If you don't slow down or plateau revisit the situation.
If that happens it's often simple sugars that add lots of calories and causes the health issues. So limiting that while still enjoying the other stuff could slow things down while still allowing you to indulge and gain. Just in a better way.

You're going to need a decent daily surplus of calories. Going a healthier route by avoiding processed and junk food is doable. Albeit probably a little harder and slower. Adding a little heavy cream to your diet each day could definitely help. Keeping a food journal and calorie count could also help to keep yourself on track. Going the long term route it's going to take much longer for gains to be noticable. So a journal will help you know you are eating enough. Best of luck!

I've read so many over the years I doubt I could remember them all. I started all the way back on the Dimensions Online story page. One story that holds a special place was called "Drew and Nicki's Food Fun" if I recall correctly. It was about the characters from the Drew Carey Show. Where he is dating a woman named Nicki who starts off thin and gains quite a lot over the course of the season. This actually happened in the show. As Drew was a big guy and they both enjoyed food together. So, someone wrote a story to expand (no pun intended) on that premise. It was the story I shared with my wife to explain to her feedism and stuff. The actress who played Nicki was the same who played Dr Adison Shepard on Grey's Anatomy. She wore a fat suit as the episodes progressed.
The other that comes to mind are a couple of stories with a common theme. They are about the Munchies. Which are these little Grey blob creatures that cause people to get fat because they are bored. They were from a PSA cartoon from the 80s. Some authors took that and wrote various stories of single people and couples being the victims of the Munchies. Where they are basically force fed until reaching sizable proportions. I think there are some on this site. Otherwise I know deviantart has both stories and even a great comic about them.
I'm sure I could think of others. But, those are particular favorites.
