Imagine being nervous about gaining weight. Maybe you have played a bit and gained a little. Or you're testing that first few lbs. Or maybe you have actually gotten notably chubbier but you're afraid of getting any bigger...

Now imagine an understanding feeder. 'Of course you don't have to get any bigger! You can absolutely stay this size... but I won't allow you to lose any of the weight you already have.'
You are weighed each week and the weights are logged. Maintenance is acceptable. 180 lbs last week and still 180 lbs this week? Nothing wrong with that ☺️ Maybe you enjoyed a nice stuffing during the week - you do like feeling your stomach full to the brim after all - and you ended up a lb heavier at 181. Hey, that's cool! Gaining isn't required but it perfectly fine with your feeder! 😁 But... now that 181 is your new minimum.
So when you weigh in next week at 180 again? Oh no... that's not allowed. You are NOT to lose whatever belly you already have!
You are punished. Maybe you are subject to belly smacks until it turns red. Maybe you are made to wear your 'thin' (too small) clothes since you think you're going to be slim(er) now.
And then, afterwards, you are force fed. You are *going* to regain that lost weight. And you'd better hope that force feeding doesn't overshoot you heavier than 181 or else you will find yourself with a new minimum weight you can't go under.

Honestly, feel like the most fitting punishment would absolutely be additional stuffings

It’s definitely something I fantasize about and want to happen. Though I do love the struggling barely mobile size too. But I am realistic who knows how things could change as I get bigger. Everyone changes over time and as they grow so it may change to a no as I get fatter, or to a absolute goal.
