Actually the connection is pretty obvious, many people in the autism spectrum are into big girls, too many that it could be just a coincidence. I myself high functiol autist am searching for patterns, connections and when i read about the extreme male brain theory i almost immediatly made the link to fat fetishism.
Because its only logic that if the behavior is the consequence of an extreme male brain than so the natural attraction to feminine features is also turned into the extreme leading to a fatfetish. For myself i have no doubt about my theory but here also comes the problem... Since i understood my whole personality, the things i like, don't like, my sexual preferences and so on...are just a result of how my brain is connected/working i rushed into a dark crises of meaning and i can no longer bring together this rational side and my beleave into a spiritual world.

I come to the conclusion that fat fetishism is very strong related to an extreme male brain which again is related to Autism. The evidence in my self and many other people with autism is unsettling obvious.
It makes so much sence.
I want to start a sexual preference study with Simon Baron-Cohen to substantiate his extreme male brain theory.
