Update about my feederism cookbook!

Beachside Farmer:
If I may add to make sure conversion rates for ingredients are easy to understand across the board.
That would help more people out.

I have a feedist cookbook that I have to translate a few ingredient measurements but it does the job

I can try to put it in the preface; I'm Brazilian, so I use g and kg.

Update about my feederism cookbook!

It’s progressing really well, but I have some extremely important announcements to make.
When I first thought about creating it, it was originally just something I wanted to have for my own needs. However, honestly, I got tired of watching the community simply “ignore itself,” so the project grew a lot.
By request, I’ll be adding sections about allergies, gluten-free options, zero lactose, etc. There will also be weight-gain tips and an exclusive section with advice for dominant feeders on how to treat their feedees! The tips will come from both feedees and feeders from all over the world (thank you all for the support — I’ll try to make this something special!).
Now, answering some questions I received in my DMs:
• None of the recipes in the book will be “normal” recipes or even standard fatty recipes like cakes or pies. These are recipes truly focused on weight gain. For example, at the moment, the lowest-calorie recipe is a pasta dish with around 2,000 calories that serves about two portions. So please understand the type of project this is and the effect it aims to have.
• It will most likely not be released next year, because for a recipe to be added to the book, the basic requirement is that I test it, see if it works, and confirm that it tastes good. There are at least 60 recipes in total, so please be patient.
• This is a book for people who truly love and want to live the fetish, or at least want some fun ideas for a stuffing session. So please don’t expect things like “if you want to reduce calories” or “swap whole milk for skim milk.” That’s not the goal of the book.
• In the end, physical editions are extremely unlikely to exist (except for mine, because I’m amazing lol). I have no idea how to handle distribution or even how to produce physical copies on a large scale.
• Lastly, reinforcing this point: understand the purpose of the book. It was made for you to love yourself while eating delicious things, while your body grows and asks for more. Each recipe includes calorie amounts only out of curiosity and for tracking, but honestly — here’s a small spoiler from one of the weight-gain tips — forget about them. Live your life and eat whatever you want. If it makes you happy, put it in your mouth, swallow, and smile! That’s the reason feederism exists!

I will make a weight gain cookbook!

Sterlingdf:
I think writing a weight gaining cook book is and excellent idea! Part of writing a book is figuring out your format. You already listed sweets, shakes and fried foods, but there could be a snack section. Foods you can keep around you to boost your calorie gains.

Also, not all the people here know where to begin and have trouble with gradually increasing the caloric intake. Perhaps you could break down the sections with Beginner Gainers (food items to add slowly for those who eat between 2000 and 3000 calories a day). Items for Moderate Gainers ( for those who eat 3000-4000 daily calories, and Super Gainers (those who consume 4000 to 5000 calories a day.

Sample breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks menus for each catagory. Maybe get some advice or quotes from very effective gainers.

Also, a list of common fattening foods and their calories. Example - Fried Chicken Thigh - 300 calories. Example - 1/4 cup Heavy Cream - 205 calories.

Good luck and let me know if I can help you.

I understand perfectly and I really intend to include categories like "beginner, intermediate, and advanced," obviously it won't be exactly like that, but just to give an example.

However, I wanted to do something different from typical cookbooks that have breakfast, lunch, and dinner sections, maybe just adding a note like "good time to eat: Dinner/lunch" or something like that.

Another thing, this book is specifically designed to counter muscle-gain recipes; does it help with weight gain? Yes, but I want something original, like "from fat to fat," not something that's used in one way but also It works differently.

It will be a book entirely focused on weight gain, with 3 different books (I cancelled the frying one, it's easier to just add more recipes): one book only of savory recipes, another only of sweets, and another only of shakes!

Of course, it will take a long time because I intend to do it right, something well done, tested and approved with photos and tips.

I will make a weight gain cookbook!

Yes, that's right, I want to create a cookbook focused on feederism for weight gain!

"But why? Isn't it just about finding high-calorie foods and making them?" What's the fun in that?

I'm going to make a few editions: one with savory recipes, another with sweets, another with fried foods, and another with shakes! What do you think?

And before you ask why I'm posting this here without publishing the book, it's simple: I need help! I'm not a cook, I'm fat, I like to eat, not to create dishes, haha!

If you have recipes for weight gain, please send them to me so I can create the books! I'll try to include at least 20 recipes in each.

And of course, since our community is very small, I don't think it's fair for me to charge for any of this, especially since you (I hope) will help me create this book.

So, after creating them, I'll publish the PDF of each one here. What do you think???

Stuffing ideas!

I'm moving to Canada and need ideas. I'm in the process of losing weight to start my transition next year. As soon as I start, I want to gain weight and fill my body with fat again, so I need ideas! Please give me your stuffing fantasies, weight gain diets, even the most caloric meals you can think of!
A girl told me to ask for hamburgers, pizza, fried chicken, hot dogs, french fries, etc., cut everything, put it in a salad bowl, and eat it, and I loved it! I want things like that, any ideas?

Do you think it would work?

One of my big fantasies is get a week or even a month and put all my energy into feederism, even if I don't wanted, eat minimum 5k calories per day of fat

And, if I have one or if someone if you want to volunteer to be during a week, let my feeder take the reins of all me, what I do, what I watch, when I stop eating, those things

You things this is possible?

Starting a new life

I'm starting a new life in Canada and I want to "break free," so to speak, haha. I'm going to begin my transition and my real life, so one thing is essential: I want to find people who like the same things as me, who enjoy feederism, who can tease me in a funny way, not just maliciously. So I wanted to know, does anyone from Vancouver want to chat? Maybe become friends? I'll be living near Douglas College.
