How and where can we post AI gifs here in Fantasy Feeder?

Some of us here need to watch our glucose levels but we still want to get hugely fat. What besides Heavy Cream and sugary foods is good for putting on the pounds?

I think writing a weight gaining cook book is and excellent idea! Part of writing a book is figuring out your format. You already listed sweets, shakes and fried foods, but there could be a snack section. Foods you can keep around you to boost your calorie gains.
Also, not all the people here know where to begin and have trouble with gradually increasing the caloric intake. Perhaps you could break down the sections with Beginner Gainers (food items to add slowly for those who eat between 2000 and 3000 calories a day). Items for Moderate Gainers ( for those who eat 3000-4000 daily calories, and Super Gainers (those who consume 4000 to 5000 calories a day.
Sample breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks menus for each catagory. Maybe get some advice or quotes from very effective gainers.
Also, a list of common fattening foods and their calories. Example - Fried Chicken Thigh - 300 calories. Example - 1/4 cup Heavy Cream - 205 calories.
Good luck and let me know if I can help you.

Maybe I haven't been drinking enough water. I have read here that drinking water after a meal will help stretch stomach capacity and size. Has anyone had a good expanding experience with water? How much?
Munchies:
Hydrate or die-drate, my good sir.
With that said, while water bloats can help a lot with capacity, make sure you don't drink so much you throw off your electrolytes.
I read that yogurt is good for replenishing electrolytes. So, if I am drinking a lot of water, eating some yogurt should help?

Good suggestion. I have some macadamia nuts so I'll put them in the blender for a nutty fatty drink.

As a 31 year old who’s been thin most of my life, do I have any chance of really changing my body type or shape? I’ve read the majority of your fat cells are created when you’re younger. I’d hate for the majority of my weight to just come from visceral fat. I’m curious if anyone has had success gaining later in life, and how it turned out for you.
At 31 you are not what I call a person who is "later in life", quite the opposite! I'm 75 and I started my weight gain journey about three years ago to try to reach a fat fantasy I had when I was very young. I was slender, too. 40 pounds later and still gaining, I can attest that you can change your body shape - at least have a fatter one - by following the simple facts laid out here in Fantasy Feeder: Eat more calories than you burn off.
That said, eating sugary foods has shown that it does promote visceral fat (bad) while calorie dense - high fat foods like cheese, hi-fat dairy products and other high fat foods (do a google on high fat foods) seem to promote growth in your subcutaneous fat cells most of which are in your lower belly, thighs and butt. But as Munchies said, it is a roll of the dice genetically as to where your fat gains will go.
To see consistent gains, you must keep a consistently hi-fat daily diet. Binging may help in the short term, but getting fatter is more sustainable if you keep on a plan.
AT 31, I guarantee that if you keep on a steady weight gain plan, in 10 or 20 years you can be as immense as you like!

I have found that clothing stores that carry the XLB sizing for men are the best fit for my big belly shape. Here is more info on the XB sizing.
In clothing, XLB stands for Extra-Large Big, referring to a size with extra width for a larger frame but a standard length. XLT, on the other hand, stands for Extra-Large Tall, indicating a size with extra length for a taller person.
The key difference between XLB and XLT is in their proportions.
XLB (Extra-Large Big)
Target build: Men with a larger and fuller body, such as a broader chest, thicker torso, and larger waist, but who are of average height.
Proportions: The clothing is wider across the chest and midsection than a standard extra-large (XL). The sleeves and body length, however, are cut to a typical extra-large length.
Best for: Individuals who need more room around the chest and stomach but don't need the added length that comes with "tall" sizing.
So, XB clothing is perfect for gainers like me. I have been shopping at Kohl's which carry some XB styles. If you find other XB stores, you should list them in this thread, please.
