Enema inflation

Looking for tips or suggestions on how to do one. Im very familiar with air inflation with an aquarium pump, but look for something a little different

not sure where to start and what to buy.


I did that a while back a few times. You can just buy an enema kit from amazon, I recommend to also get a silicone top attachment for easier insertion. You can just use your shower.

Important things are:
1. make sure to use low settings on your shower so the water flows slowly.
2. make sure the water is roughtly body temperature. Too warm or too cold water can cause cramps.
3. Dont keep the water in for too long. That can be very dangerous. Dont know the medical term but its basically over hydration.
Eating salty things afterwards can help to prevent anything happening just to be sure.

4. Like anything practice makes perfect. Dont push further when you get the slightes pain. Damaging your intestine is no joke. But if you stop once you feel uncomfortable you´ll be fine and with time you can take more and more.

Need an easy to eat calorie bomb

I mean liquid is way easier you can make shake using cream and flavoring adjust for thickness, taste, and calories. I mean if you just do 2 cups cream, 2 cups milk, and some chocolate or sugar to sweeten. It’s easy to get down and usually 2000 calories or more. I usually have a 3000+ calorie shake that is mainly cream and milk.


What is "cream"? Im german so I dont fully understand what that is. Do you mean "heavy cream"? Like the stuff some use in coffee instead of shugar?

Need an easy to eat calorie bomb

I need something that is either always ready to eat or very easy to prepeare that goes down fast and is high in calories.
I kinda lost my appetite to stuff myselfe regulary like I usually did up to 150 kilos and am struggeling to gain anything at the moment.
I tried some meal replacement drinks or bars that do have alot of calories for their size, but those usually fill quite quickly (as they are suppose to as a meal replacement)

I tried those for a while but at some point got way too sick of them and couldnt bring myselfe to eat/drink those anymore. Same with weight gain / protein powder.

I was hoping there would be a drink that is basically just liquid chocolate, so ~500 calories in 100 grams or a bit more so its not so thick, but couldnt find any.

I also already eat stuff like peanuts and chips for empty calories, but again if I would eat those a ton I can see myselfe not being able to eat them after a week or two...

I would love idealy something that doesnt lie heavy in the stomache and also doesnt have a strong taste, just enough for it to not be tasteless but still weak enough that I wont get sick of it any time soon. Does something like that exist?

I ordered them twice now and they are amazing. They taste really good and come in different flavors so they dont get old like when you drink the same weight gain drink every day multiple times.
They are perfect to add those extra calories after stuffing or between meals

Easy gaining

Peanut butter is dense in calories. Mix heavy cream with milk when eating cereal. Mayo instead of ketchup or mustard is also good, like 10x the amount of calories. Normal peanuts also insane in calories 100g are like 600 calories so if you snack 100-200g a day you gonna gain real fast
