I preferred to make my own padding. My wife helped me by stuffing the lower part of my body with 5 kg of siliconized fiber and 1.7 kg of acrylic blanket inside two extra-large leggings. I look just like a balloon! And there's still the upper body padding left...
Looking at the lower part of my body, you could easily say I weigh around 150 kg because of the padding.

Never noticed a padding forum on here till now. I’m 567 pounds and I’ve used styrofoam to stuff my clothes with just to physically visualize how I’d look if I were to gain 100 more pounds. I think my thighs & legs would store majority of any new weight I put on. I’ve become so big that my thighs have pockets of fatty tissue that hangs from my thighs. So I can only imagine what It would look & feel like. It’s safe to say I plan on actually experiencing this.

How should I pad, anyone? I don't know if I'd like realistic (breasts, ass, stomach),
or just one of these combined with breasts. I have these giant spherical pillows from my childhood that work really well for breasts, and easily fit into a small shirt that holds them. I just can't see around them.

I've had ideas for ways of padding and doing ordinary things, like reading, watching a video, or playing a game. If some requirement is met, then you add some padding, possibly making it harder.
Reading - Every chapter you finish reading (will probably be fast with long books and short chapters)
Video Watching - Depending on what it is, if you pick some requirement. For example, with gaming, every time someone gets like an advancement or something
Gaming - Every time you die, or if certain things are met
