Stuffing

Ugh I feel this, its so wonderful when you get into a flow state of continually stuffing and form habits of indulging day after day! Me personally, ive had weeks where ive been in ultimate consuming stuffing mode and had the most fun/pleasure, it sounds like you're there to enjoy it too rn!

Any regrets

Not to the point of actually losing weight, but I have had times where I have had serious regrets or thoughts of maybe wanting to loose weight. Mostly whenever ive encountered some kind of health scare, but especially more recently, it can be a little socially isolating to not be able to go for walks (even short because i walk so much slower than then), shop at the same stores as my friends, or do anything size limiting (watersides, any sports, theme parks, theatre seats, etc). But I haven't and im not looking to lose any weight at this point!

Favorite stuffing

I find i tend to eat more with cold/room temp food bc im a baby with temperature heat haha! Variety is also another one, i love stuffing variety at a fast food place, for example I did Wendy's earlier this week and did 2 chicken ranch wraps, 2 Dave's doubles, bunch of nuggets, 2 med frosties, 1 poutine, 1 sour cream chive potato, and a chilli!

I also love stuffing with cookies but variety is again important... at xmas time I always put on weight bc of how many varieties of cookies are available in large quantities!

College weight gain

I put on some weight in college, and was not trying to gain weight (not dieting tho lol)... i can't remember my exact stats but I think over 4 years I put on 50lbs give or take... i only know a few folks who dont put on some by the end, so i would say its very likely!

Health and mobility

It depends how you classify health/mobility problems... I'm currently 26, 5'2" and 326lbs, folks ages, heights, muscle distribution, exercise levels, and family history will all play a factor...

I technically had a health scare right around 300lbs where we thought obesity-caused sleep apnea (which weirdly is actually a type of sleep apnea) was depriving my lungs and brain of oxygen, did a sleep study and it turned out to be a different issue causing the main problem but I do have mild sleep apnea likely due to all the weight on my chest... this being said, I carry a lot of weight in my boobs, so it probably is affecting me earlier than most.

I started getting small cysts between my thighs at around the 250 mark due to constant rubbing/sweat, but they are manageable with good hygiene.

No diabetes or heart/blood pressure concerns yet, but both run in my family so it will probably happen eventually....

Mobility... right now I can probably walk an hour, maybe hour and 15min at a leisurely pace on flat land without stopping, for me its less about stamina and more about how sore my feet and ankles get carrying my weight... Running is a joke, I could maybe sprint for 30 seconds before I need to stop and catch my breath. Stairs are still fine, after a flight I start to breath heavier, and i usually need a break after 3 flights. Im doing work on my flexibility rn, I haven't touched my toes since the low 200 range...

Growing thigh/leg rolls!!

I think I'm starting to develop my first 2 thigh rolls!! Not dumplings in the cellulite, but when I'm sitting or standing i can see solid indents where my leg fat is starting to roll in on itself in my upper inner thighs!

I knew that getting rolls on my legs would hopefully happen one day as I continued to gain, but I didn't realize how much of a turn on it would be to be getting legs so fricking huge that the fat just has to pile on itself! That I really will have to stretch so I can spread my legs wider because they are just growing bigger and bigger 🥵😍💕

Can we please just get some leg rolls (thighs, calves, wherever) appreciation going??? Fuck I didn't realize this would be such a turn on!!

Fat as a comfort

Stockylove:
Yes, when I'm stressed, I sometimes imagine a big, burly man holding me nice and warm against his big soft belly in a tight hug🐻. Big bellies can make perfect stress balls.
Ahhh thats actually pretty affirming hearing that non-fat folks find being pressed against fat comforting, tbh that was the part I was more unsure of haha

Fat as a comfort

Lately I've been super stressed out, and when that happens, I tend to find myself playing with my fat more often, squeezing and massaging and jiggling my belly, grabbing and squishing my inner thighs, kneading my love handles, etc.

Similarly, I've noticed that when my partner/friends/family are distressed, my instinct usually is to hug them and squish as much of my fat onto them as possible...

I don't think this is super uncommon, but would love to hear others experiences with using fat as a comfort, whether its your body/fat or someone else's fat providing the comfort!

Fat spilling out of clothes

I usually am spilling over my pants/bras/panties... but in terms of more of a public thing where I need to fit/have been told by some kind of employee/official, would definitely be when I tried to go kayaking lol. Not only did they technically not have a life jacket that was rated for over 300lbs+, but the buckles barely reached across me and my fat was bulging through the center/out the bottom. I could barely breathe it was so tight, and the employees told me that because they didn't have the safely equipment to accommodate me I couldn't go out on the water due to the liability risk. So I hung out at the dock while my pals went kayaking and ate fish and chips and ice cream lol. Tbh i dont know if I could've fit into the kayaks but we didnt get that far haha

What's it like to weigh 300

Over 300lbs is soooo sexy, for me I'm quite short so at only 5'2" my chest is actually larger than my height by 2" and my sitting belly matches my height, so I'll soon be rounder than I am tall! For me over 300 is also where I really gained in my thighs, ass, and lower belly, and really enhanced how big i look in clothes. It did come with more mobility struggles for me, my stamina is much lower than it used to be and my feet ache from standing and carrying my weight.
