I dont know how exactly to answer your question... Gaining always ends up showing up on your body eventually, loose clothes/shape wear can only hide so much...
If you're asking about not making it obvious you're purposely gaining, dont pig out with your friends, dont wear form fitting clothes, use shapewear... if you want to covertly drink gainer shakes or other fattening things, hide them in opaque water bottles.
If you want to soft launch gaining, talk about being stressed, not being able to work out (if you previously were/are), complain about temptations...
Then stuff yourself in secret š·

I mean in the 6th grade I wrote a story where Medusa got her snakes to hypnotize people into bringing her food, and she got fatter and fatter, lol.
I also remember as a kid watching family members (adults) talk sadly/upset in regards to dieting and how hard it is and I remember thinking 'why bother, just be happy'
Also can echo fascination with bigger bellies, wanting hugs from fat folks, and eating lots of junk food until my belly hurt

I mean the whole process is obviously preferred, but seeing the stark difference of a smaller body to a wayy larger one really emphasizes how much indulgence and change occurred, like putting a baby picture next to a picture if the person now, its exciting how unrecognizable a person is!

TacticalMilk:
Improving your cardio becomes very difficult once you pass the 300 pound mark but not impossible.I personally do 30-45 minute cardio session by mixing up walking and a little bit off running/jogging.I jog for about a minute straight or until im tired and then I walk for abour 3-4 minutes to catch my breath
God thinking about a jogging routine makes me want to just lie down and eat oreos, hopefully what little of my cardio I have doesnt shrink more š

Fnfunkin:You make a really good point about how much accessibility shapes whether nightlife feels enjoyable or exhausting. I hadnāt thought about things like seat height, booths, or tight escape room spaces before, but they clearly make a huge difference ā kind of like in
fnf where Boyfriend has to adapt and keep up with every challenge to win Girlfriendās love, except real nightlife should be designed so people donāt have to ābattleā just to participate comfortably.
I do spend a lot of time thinking about seating and food and spaces before going out, honestly it would be so much easier if the world was built for everyone!
Another one I thought of is bar crawls - I don't usually do bar crawls anymore because of all the walking, but I have done one where I was driven from bar to bar by a friend, and we met up with the walkers which was good š

When I was in the roughest part of my separation I was eating like crazy. Partly spending time out at bars and pigging out there. Became a way to avoid having to sit in bad thoughts. Therapy certainly helped too, but nothing like a break up and the depression of that to kick off a gain
Some of my biggest stuffings have taken place crying, in a fast food parking lot, having ordered loads of food, listening to sad music.

I've attempted to upload a .mp4 file from my phone several times, the file manages to go through the upload stage, but then stats stuck at 0% processing and never completes. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?

Update: My first class was the other day and it went well! I ended up taking extra breaks and not doing any floor moves, but I did well and it was so fun to be out doing an activity with my friends! Afterwards we went out for Thai food and I had 2 cocktails, satay chicken skewers, pad thai, half of my fiance's yellow curry, and some passionfruit cheesecake!
So balance? Lol! Thanks guys š

For me food is a coping mechanism, I eat a lot when I'm trying to avoid going off the deep end, it has definately contributed to my gains over the years. Im definately an emotional eater ahaha.

Oooh okay
- Clubs: I personally do like going to nightclubs, however before I go I check if they have some seating avaliable for sitting breaks bc your girl cannot be expected to dance all night without breaks, and personally I don't like being hit on, but I think that's more because I'm taken, clubs are loud, and im there to dance with my friends.
- Bars: Seating is huge, ideally not bar height, no booths and armless chairs are all musts, and because im probably there to sit, I want snacks and food, not just booze
- Idk if this counts as nightlife, but I love arcades, VR, or pinball Bars, often has food, soda, things to do, and places to sit
- Escape rooms are fun as long as I don't have to crawl or fit through a tight space
- Movie theatres/arenas/concerts are only good if they are the wide recliner seats, ive gotten bruises from seats where I was wedged for hours
I think that's all I can think of for night life personally...
