Not another heavy cream thread….

I drink half a pint of heavy cream, mixed in with 1 and a half pints of whole milk. In total, one quart of "heavy milk". Pretty simple recipe, 3 parts whole milk, 1 part heavy cream. I drink the quart at night, right before bed. The cream does not turn into more fat because I'm sleeping while im digesting, but more like because i already ate 2000 calories worth of food earlier in the day.

I find it to be pretty damn effective, If i keep up my current weight gain, I might end up hitting my weight goal before Halloween.

As a beginner gainer, I found the effects to be super staggering at first. In my first week, I gained 2.4 pounds. Second week I gained 5 pounds, 3rd week i gained 3 pounds, and last week I gained another 3 pounds. In the 3rd weel I also cut out my soda intake, so im only drinking minimal amounts of Gatorade when it comes to sugar. Therefore, the majority of my calories should be coming straight from food. My next weigh in is on Tuesday, so i can update you directly on if my gain is still 3 pounds per week, or if i end up going down

Drinking heavy cream

Hopefully a long term heavy cream drinker could tell you, unfortunately a lot of people seem to lose the energy to keep drinking heavy cream after 2 weeks, or lose the energy to keep reporting on it. Ive been going on 5 weeks so far and the last 3 weeks stuff keeps coming up to disturb me. It seems the sharp short term gain happens to everyone, I'm going to assume that it goes down and the plateaus into a lower constant weight gain?

Bloating

Primalinstinct98:
Does anyone have any experience or tips with coke and mentos? I really want to try doing it but I'm nervous and don't know what I'm doing 😅

From what I've heard, the reaction only really happens outside of a body, because the foam up happens from the poreous shell of the mentos, when your saliva coats the mento, the reaction doesn't happen. Of course, if you think you can swallow or force it down, you could do the reaction all in the bottle and let it foam out of it?

Ah, that's interesting. I've never thought of milk as being fattening. I drink semi-skimmed or soya milk. Maybe I should switch to full fat?

yea! its 150 calories for 240 milliters, which is more than a mtn dew, and it doesn't have 36+ grams of added sugar, ever since i started drinking like 2 gallons a week ive kept gaining weight

What's the 30 day challenge? I've been working on gaining weight, mainly just forcing myself to get more even if I think "nahhh im good"

VisibleBellyOutline:
Eating a specified amount of calories above your normal daily amount every day for a 30 day period. It's always seemed a bit drastic for me, but I'm thinking of giving it a go for one month and seeing how things turn out.

BallinBot:
Ooooh, Wait, that's literally what I've been doing! I made a "goal" of eating 2500-3000 calories a day, always getting a big fast food meal every single day, and drinking 1-2 liters of whole milk for as many calories as possible, I'm eating a Burger and drinking some milk as I type this now, fr fr

Sounds good. I've basically just left it to my naturally greedy appetite, and haven't been counting calories, but I was very slim up until about 18 months ago when I decided to start eating whatever I felt like, and I think my gain is starting to become noticeable, so my way does seem be working. Anyway, enjoy your burger!

Yup! I've already gained about 7 pounds in the last 3 weeks, which is decent enough for now, milk is so calorie dense, way better than soda...
